Tried this place the other day as I heard good things. Clearly they used great quality ingredients in the food. However I was surprised to find baby potatoes and asparagus in my teriyaki dishes. It seemed like filler and for the price point I would except more meat. All black decor was a bit much for me and the server was kind of condescending.

The sushi and sashimi were clearly not fresh and seemed to have just thawed. The waiter was obviously new and not proficient in taking orders. No one came to refill our water. The fried pork chops were extremely greasy and oily. It took nearly 40 minutes for all the dishes to be served. The experience was very poor. I'm really surprised by many responses saying that finishing the sashimi means it tastes okay. Customers finish the food they paid for just to avoid waste, which doesn't mean the dish is delicious.

We decided to try this place to get away from regular everyday sushi. It is amazing, all the dishes we ordered were perfectly made and tasted amazingly fresh. The place is a bit more expensive but it is worth it.
Also try out the Corso Sweet Potato Amber beer. It's really good.

There's a lot to unpack about my recent group dinner here. Overall an amazing experience. There is such a wide variety of options for people whether you want to go inexpensive or extravagant, and all of them looked and tasted delicious. If you want to go all out, there are a few menu items that make it a real experience (blow torches, anyone?)
Staff was very friendly for our group of 11, service was on point, and good times were had by all.
Also probably the most decadent deep fried ice cream I've ever had.

Our server, Alex, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Service like this really elevates the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Came here for a birthday celebration , and we really enjoyed this place. The portions were really generous, and the presentation was impressive. The rolls and unagi don stood out, but the tuna yuzu salad lacked some flavour. The servers kindly gave us a complimentary birthday dessert and that was probably our favourite 🤤 the service speed could be improved, we waited quite a while for service and the bill
