10/10, great wine selection, need I say more!? Food is great too. Bar service, but drinks and food served fast! Great any time of the year. Good for a few friends or a date, not really suitable for a large group due to the size. Thanks so much!

The wine selection is great and we were pleasantly surprised with how well the food was executed. We got the fresh pasta and the steak + frites.
Staff were very nice and it’s in a good location. I’d recommend a visit.

Really cool wine bar with great music and friendly staff. Both the wine and food are delicious, in particular the flat bread which is a must. Would highly recommend!

Unbelievable spot, incredible wines - fresh pasta, and steak frites were some of the best we've had.
We popped in here for a snack and a couple of glasses of wine after the other wine bar we had planned to go to was inexplicably closed on a Friday evening.
We found the ambiance of hipster chic not to our taste, but I can see why it's popular for other people. We ordered two glasses of wine each (a rose and a sparkling chardonnay), and they were fine but nothing extra special. The meat and cheese plate was very bare bones with one type of meat and one type of cheese with no additional flourishes.
I do like that you can buy specialty wines by the bottle and they did seem to be importing some interesting wines. We aren't from BC and it's hard to get BC wines in our province, so we did want to focus on local BC wines while on this trip and their selection was a little more limited.

Tourist is such a cool spot to have dinner. The vibe is modern and the wine selection is awesome. My girlfriend and I had the pasta and the steak frites, and they were just amazing. The menu at Tourist changes constantly as well, so there’s always lots of variety. Although Tourist bills itself as a wine bar, the food is some of the best in the city, so I’d definitely give it a try if you’re in Victoria!

Beautiful place, spotless washroom with soap that smells like it belongs in a luxury spa — I half expected a masseuse to pop out when I washed my hands.
Food-wise, let’s just say they’ve mastered the art of minimalism. One scallop (yes, singular) was skillfully cut into 5 delicate slices and proudly presented for $28. An excellent experience… if you enjoy savoring each bite as though it’s the last piece of food on Earth.

Really like the food & our service was lovely (hanging out w my daughter & restaurant industry gang) but not a fan of bare bones design. Ain't my Thang. Felt like a college student minimalist- where the heck IS everything?? vibe. But truly to each their own! ☆

Visited Victoria with my partner and his family and at night we snuck away to try some natural wines and have dessert!
Their wine and apertivo selection was vast and I am sure anybody who visits will find something they like.
The staff were incredibly friendly and allowed my partner and I to even take photos of the bottles of wine we liked.
The strawberry cake we had was delicious and not too sweet.
I truly enjoyed the atmosphere as well, it was a Saturday night and the kitchen closed later too (1 am!!).

Hipster minimalist meets japandi natural wine bar, oddly with green and white stripe( very Provence) awning that DELIVERS a super experience for all wine drinkers. As a sommelier, I seek out wine gems and Guy, the owner had them, which is so refreshing given how challenging (aka boring) the wine market in Canada can be. Knowledgeable & welcoming with tasty drops from around the world, definitely worth stopping into!
