Perfect birthday dinner, thank you great service
Delicious food! Great ambiance! Wonderful staff! Beautiful restaurant! Highly recommend :)
I live downtown Victoria & this is my 1st time here. I stopped in for lunch, decided on the espresso, and avocado toast w/crispy egg. MY LORD....that is literally the best toast/avocado/egg combo I have EVER had. Take my word, and order it. Everything about it is delicious, and it's PERFECT size for a lunch item, not to filling, but just enough to get you through the afternoon.
Excellent service, a lovely ambiance, and delicious food... Exactly what we were looking for in a date night! The scallops and carrots starter is inspired... An absolutely delicious combination and the perfect size to share. I had the mushroom gnocchi, and my husband enjoyed the butternut squash ravioli. Both dishes were fresh and well prepared, and we topped it all off beautifully with the lemon creme brulee.
Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.
great atmosphere, good food, good service.
Food was incredible and creative. Excellent service! Loved the vegetarian/vegan options and the spirit-free cocktail list. Easily the same quality as fine dining but in a laid back, chic atmosphere. Will definitely be going back!
Good food, locally sourced. The service was fast and great. We ordered the eggs Benedict and they were cooked to perfection. I would definitely come again! The atmosphere was super chill, not crowded and loud.
I had a dinner party of 15 to celebrate my birthday and was extremely impressed with our exceptional service (serving 15 is not easy!). The ambiance is fantastic and drinks were perfect. Our plates were quite good, I think they have a lot of potential to nail a perfect menu but have a little more exploring to do, to be expected for a new restaurant. The butternut squash pasta is to die for. Would recommend for any upcoming events!
Lovely garden inspired room with cozy upholstered couches and a fireplace. The small carefully curated menu is very appealing and the selection of cocktails alone is worth a visit. Will definitely be the new favorite for us.

Hip Hop Brunch is such a great idea but the execution is terrible! They told me 15-20 min wait, then when I popped in at the 30 min mark, the woman I spoke to, had no idea what the "list" had devolved in to, and the original woman I spoke too, popped over with zero recognition to say, "maybe 45-60 min? I'll call you". We never heard from them. I had friends already eating inside that said the servers were very polite and kind, but they waited 40 min for toast for a baby and over an hour for any glimpse of their own food. You've got a great idea here, please get some experience to help you along!
Great food and a nice setting in a beautiful building and decor. The only thing keeping this review from five stars is that the service is extremely slow. Although the servers are all very friendly and hard-working, it is apparent that they need to hire more staff.
Cannot express how happy this place makes me. The breakfast food is extremely friendly for sensitive eaters, lots of good options for vegan, veg and gluten free. Tons of healthy options on the food and drinks list. Willie's looks like a stone age diner compared to this place! Will be bringing all my friends and family here.
