I don't understand your business model? At noon on a Saturday half, the patio is closed, and the entire inside is closed except the bar seats. As I sat waiting for 20 min, I watched another spectacle of poor customer service unfold. As people came in the greeter, a young man didn't seem to know what his job was. He would tell people coming in there was a 20 min wait they would reply ok, can I leave my name he said no. Then they said we'll can we leave our cell number, and he said no. Excuse me if you're not taking customers' names as they wait. How do you know who has priority? That went on for ten different couples that walked in. Besides the greeter doing abysmal we sat and watched the poor customers on the patio wait and wait and wait just to get water. There were two servers working and apologizing. I couldn't waste anymore time waiting to get in when I knew I would like up for another 30 min wait or longer just to get a drink nevermind food so I left.

Our group of 16 went out for some drinks, at the end of the evening our server asked me in front of the whole table if I was going to pay for my girlfriend’s bill, and proceeded to make a disapproving face when I declined.
When he came to ring up my girlfriend he somehow managed to consolidate her and one of her friends bill so she had to pay for both, and told the table he wasn’t able to change it as the machine was broken. I was sat at another smaller table, otherwise I would have made him go back in and amend it.
I don’t think any of us will be returning.
ps dude if you’re out of work soon I can get you a job swinging a hammer or sweeping our site

Basic and not really friendly welcome (but like everywhere in Canada and the USA!), rather pretty setting, expensive and barely edible food (but then again, when you come from Europe, it's difficult to appreciate American food).. In short, nothing special to remember here except the very pleasant terrace.

We loved being able to bring our dog onto the patio to enjoy our dinner with him! Everyone was very sweet and kind to him. The service was great, my suggestion is to enjoy the FOUR shaft flight, I was pleasantly surprised by the black tea shaft, I wasn't expecting it to be so tasty! The fish tacos and salmon burger were both amazing, definitely recommend!!! The only dish we weren't blown away by was the fish & chips, the batter on the fish was a bit too thick but it was all still delicious nonetheless and we would definitely come back again next time we're in town ??

The chefs LOVE salt, drinks and patio are great but I had two full craft bottles of water to offset the salt intake I just had. The redeeming factor is they have a very cute dog that roams the patio

This place used to be fantastic when it offered all variety of fresh fish dishes and Indian fusion share plates. The menu now is lifeless and overpriced. Their culinary aspirations are on par with what you'd find at a strip mall food court.

My go to spot for a frosty pint and some pub grub. The Tuna Poke is great! One of the best patios in the city! Staff are always amazing and attentive, I love this place.
I was here for the first time last Friday for a business lunch meeting, over 30 people, and we all sat outside on a beautiful day on their beautiful patio. This place is fantastic for the view, the seating, and the Staff! Gorgeously furnished, and you know what the #1 sign of a Top Place is? The washroom - and it was excellently appointed and cleaned. If you are ever dining out and when using the washroom see a less than acceptable standard, leave immediately because their kitchen will be worse. Trust me. But this fine place gets 5/5 across the board! Cheers!
