The food is alright, very little customer service. One star because it’s resulted in food poisoning.

They will overcharge you. When you ask for a receipt. They will try and refund the difference. Scam

Food ia great. But their opening time is wrong! We’re there at 10:02am and asked their staff and said still closed. Okay, maybe their need to prep sushi. After 30 minutes we came back and still they aren’t open. But all stores are open 🥸 we are in a rush because we need to be in Swartz Terminal asap and their bento lunch is great for toddler.
Maybe you need to update your timings!
We enjoyed our Bento Boxes very much, tasty and good portion size for the price point!

Had the veggie bento and it was excellent. Perfectly cooked veggies. House made teriyaki is the best I’ve ever had.
The bento box is nice 👍 sauce made from scratch and food made fresh
A nice place to enjoy your lunch break. I recently ate here and the quality of the materials are very good.
I ordered the ginger for only .69 cents and enjoyed it was the side wasabi which was also only 69 cents. Good deal for a light meal.
The containers are strong and well made and they give you high quality chopsticks at no additional charge. The chopsticks did not splinter and can be reused many times. This goes the same for the take away containers.
They provide your lunch with a compliment dining tray and thick absorbent napkins so that if you spill you don’t get it on your clothing.
Overall a good experience with inexpensive options and quality utensils and containers that can be reused many times!
This place is fantastic for being a mall restaurant! They made custom rolls and were so good about being aware of what had gluten. Way to go guys!
The food was delicious and filling for the big bento box. The options for the big bento are great and I recommend the 8 piece avocado roll instead of the 4 piece California roll.
However, if you're looking for early morning breakfast, they recommended to come back in an hour after opening for two big bento boxes.
Vegetarian options: Avocado rolls and stir fried veggies with the big bento box

I hate leaving a really low score for a restaurant but it's not acceptable to charge $15 for a poke bowl and cover 1.5 cups of rice with two slices of lettuce core, a sprinkling of yam ends and very little tuna. When I mentioned this to staff they were laughing. Honestly, you're the only place in the food court with healthy offerings and people want you to succeed. Only 40ft away an Ono Poke will shortly be opening... you really want to disgruntle customers at this point?

The sushi is always pretty average but I appreciate the convenience of having ready made sushi. What is frustrating is having to pay extra for gluten free soy sauce.
