The place was very nice, but the 2 employees seemed very distracted. Midway though the order, one of them even left the shop leaving the other to take the order.
Other than that, the ice cream was well decorated and tasted pretty good.

Transport yourself back in time with ice cream and treats that shaped Canadian culture! The staff here are so friendly and the store itself is almost like a museum... very neat displays.

The ice cream was good and the staff was very friendly. They even let us have samples so we can try some flavors.
I do like that they have Butter Pecan. It seems to be a flavor which has gone out of style and honestly that's what I got.
I enjoyed it.
Other than good food and service the place doesn't have tables to sit at and enjoy the ice cream, and they don't even have a trash can. If you try to throw something away the manager will tell you to go across the street to throw it in the city bin.
They also don't have a water fountain or provide any complementary glasses of water like the ice cream store by the Ferry in Port Angeles.
However, I did enjoy my ice cream.

I had berry forest and a kind of pistachio gelato, the flavours were not tasty in my opinion and I didn’t have a pleasant and helpful experience with the staff.

The workers there are a lot of fun. They had a super playful banter which just makes the environment there more enjoyable than other local shops. Xavier and Hazel are awesome. Only issue is Google maps said they’re closed and they’re open

Apparently - Victoria's think this place is wonderful. It was OK, but I wouldn't make an effort to go back.

Overpriced watery gelato, not ice cream as it says on the sign. Same company and variety as the gelato place around the corner
$10 for a single scoop? Gelato tastes like a slushie. Tourist trap rip off. Service was fine.
