Victory Barbershop Saint Franks

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this individual or his brand, including Victory Barber and Victory Barber Brand Products. My wife's company previously carried the products and it was one issue after another. The staff is not only incredibly unprofessional but they are also dishonest and made repeated misrepresentations. Efforts were made to reach out to Matty directly to secure his assistance after requests to speak with a supervisor were flat out denied! Matty indicated he would look into the matter but failed to do so and after repeated follow ups refuses to respond. The persona he presents is apparently nothing more than a carefully crafted branding effort. My wife took on the brand when it first launched, promoting and supporting Matty from the start and this is the thanks she gets. Major fail! Do not support this company with your dollars!

This bar manager said I was to drunk and I only had 2 drinks, however I was petting a dog outside. I guess empathy equates to "too drunk" what a pathetic establishment and doorman.

First time visit to the victory barbershop today, and got a cut by Stuart, couldn't have asked for a better cut and light hearted convo.

Yikes. The listing here says they're open. I gave them a call to double check. The call went:"Are you looking for a haircut?""Yeah, was wondering if you're open tonight""We're closed, goodbye."I was literally hung up on immediately after. The hours on the website say both Sunday & Saturday are open at the Broad St location.EDIT: I've submitted the hours on this listing to not include Sunday, regardless of their website.
