Love the pizza here! It’s always fresh, generously topped, and never feels thin or lacking like some other places. Definitely one of my favorite pizza spots - I highly recommend giving it a try!

My father lives in Oak Bay ,had a family gathering with 5 lrg asst pizzas they were excellent ,the prize was insanely cheap in comparison ,would recommend highly and will definitely get again ,thankyou so much!!!

Have had pizza here before and it was good. Yesterday I had a thin crust Hawaiian and it was terrible. Super thin, hardly any toppings, couldn't taste the pineapple as there was hardly any. Disappointing, the pizza they had on the counter to buy by the slice looked way better!
U should have cheese pizza in the to go section all the time

I was a regular customer for a couple of years. I found the staff to be very easy to get along with. They were polite and the delivery drivers were always happy and polite. I gave higher than average tips because the were so nice.
I noticed several months ago the pizza started getting dry. For whatever reason they started putting hardly any tomato sauce on the pizza.
I thought this might just be an accident so I forgot about it but the next time I ordered it was the same. It was like rubber.
Being the fool I am I tried again after several months without having ordered, but this time I ordered double tomato sauce. I figured if I paid for my sauce I'd get it.
Nope. Rubber.
I spoke to the manager (ya, I know, Karen move. But I just couldn't complain to the staff as I'm sure it wasn't their idea).
He was so bloody dismissive. Like I was trying to pull a fast one. Like it was some kind of con.
I told him I just wanted the pizza I ordered and to have the first one they sent taken away.
I think my exact quote was "Well, I know it doesn't mean much these days, but you just lost a customer".
I'm not rich but I did spend a good chunk of change there. Not enough for them to feel it, probably, but with that attitude they will lose more than just my business.
Everyone is great except the manager. What a shame for the staff and the business.
