I can't speak for their regular pizza, but they advertise lactose-free cheese as an option. Unfortunately, it's either very low quality lactose-free cheese, or it's actually a vegan cheese. It melts into an unpleasant gooey/sticky texture more akin to melted plastic than melted cheese and lacks any real flavour.The sauce is just.. Not good. It tastes very much like a generic canned sauce that you'd get from a grocery store.The crust was good. It's soft inside with a satisfying cruncy crust and has that sort of buttery quality small town gem pizzarias often have.The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They called to confirm a dietary restriction and explain their process and risks for cross contamination and let me decide if I was okay with those risks, which I really appreciated.

Most villages pizzas are top notch but this one had staff that wouldn’t even acknowledge you standing there, absolutely nothing ready to serve stop hiring

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Several of the slices had no cheese for about half of the slice. The other half of those slices were just tomato sauce, no toppings. For the rest of the slices the toppings were few and far between, and where there was cheese, it smothered any flavour of whatever toppings were underneath it. Will never order from here again.

Pizza looked really good. Just checking out the hood; some days I just want to see the stores, see what everybody's offering. I didn't need to be laughed at for not buying. Didn't make me want to return. Good luck with that.

Over cooked pizza and paid a premium price for a small pizzaPhoned to let them know my displeasure with the pizza. They said that my next order would be complimentaryNice but I don’t think I will take a chance on this pizza restaurant again.They should have reimbursed my credit card. They are not the best in the neighborhood compared to Willow Pizza. Unfortunately they were closed today.

Ordered a Canadian pizza with added mushrooms, green peppers and a drink. What I got was a Canadian pizza undercooked with no mushrooms or green peppers and no drink. Incompetent staff. Go elsewhere. You're welcome.
I ordered 2 large pizzas One was completely burned cardboard. They also forgot an item. I called the location, was put on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on. I tried to contact someone through the form on their website and have not heard back 2 weeks later. Maybe someone who checks these reviews can refund me?
