Just horrible asked them to make sure the pizza was crispy. The pizza was doughy and flavourless. Barely and toppings and no cheese. Just Gross Had to throw it away

The last 4 times we ordered take out pizza, they have been very good to excellent. Our standing order is large Hawaiian with mushrooms and extra pineapple. The staff on the phone and on pick up have been helpful, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend.

Probably one of the worst Pizza in Victoria. Dry old crust, burnt cheese, taste like a 5 days old pizza in the fridge. Not worth the calorie waste on this stuff

I love the pizza here. The perogi pizza is my favorite. I order from here for personal and for work lunches. I pre-order the night before when getting large orders (16+ pizzas) and they are always ready on time. The staff are very nice.
Inside floor was filthy. Staff not engaged. Cardboard like crust. Skimpy toppings. I almost took the two large pizza back and asked “did you forget the cheese?” Will go to Villages in Colwood now. Very disappointing. Staff should mop the floor occasionally.

Good pizza, fair prices, and good service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is not pertinent because it is really more of a gast food/take away kind of place.
I ordered two pizzas and they both needed more love… there was a lack of toppings, maybe 2-3 small chunks of chicken on the bbq chicken slices so it was basically cheesy bbq bread, they also forgot to put the pineapple I had paid to add onto this pizza, and I also ordered a Hawaiian and the cheese was patchy/skimpy and again, few toppings. Too expensive for what I received. To top it off I asked for a cup of water for my toddler while we sat down (no options for child beverages from fridge) and apparently it’s impossible to find a vessel and a tap. (Despite giving a 15% tip which I regret)Due to lack of value and service I will be going back to Mad Greeks

I will never order from this location again. Apparently last night Friday December 1st, one of Villages locations had lost power. I ordered pizza at around 6:30pm knowing full well that Friday is a busy night and didn’t expect my pizza in 30 mins. When I called at 7:30 I was informed of power outage and told that they would put my order in and it would be another half an hour. When I called back at 8pm to find out order had not been put in yet, I cancelled order while chatting with a somewhat rude young man. I realize these events can happen and it’s no one’s fault but don’t string me along if you can’t get a pizza to me within an hour. I could have cancelled earlier and ordered from somewhere else. We were giving this location a last chance as their product has declined immensely in the last year. I will not order from them again. Sad but true!!! Also I gave the one star because I had to in order to post this.

Quality of pizza has gone out the window, 2 slices of pizza just over a year ago was just over $7 which was already high went up to close to $8.50 now not even 6 months later it has went up to around $9.50! You can get cheaper pizza at quality foods that is fresh made.2 slices for close to $10 is just outrageous, I will not by anything from here again.....Scammers
