In brief: they messed up badly, lied about it, and refused to fix it. My partner told them by phone while ordering she has a dairy allergy and that she needed no cheese on the pizza. They gave us a pizza covered with cheese. She went back to return it and have them fix it and they refused to refund her or make her a new one. They outright lied about their mistake, telling her that their note from the phone call didn’t say anything about a dairy allergy despite her very clearly stating that she has one. So she left with a pizza she is allergic to. Abysmal.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza from this place, but unfortunately, it was missing toppings that I ordered. At first, I was okay with it, but later I discovered that one of the slices had meat on it. This is especially upsetting because, due to religious reasons, I have never had meat in my life. I have photos to back this up. This experience was extremely disappointing, and has caused emotional distress. You should not be accepting orders if you can not meet the dietary requests. Never gonna recommend this place for vegetarian or special dietary requirements

The last 4 times we ordered take out pizza, they have been very good to excellent. Our standing order is large Hawaiian with mushrooms and extra pineapple. The staff on the phone and on pick up have been helpful, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend.

Probably one of the worst Pizza in Victoria. Dry old crust, burnt cheese, taste like a 5 days old pizza in the fridge. Not worth the calorie waste on this stuff
I love the pizza here. The perogi pizza is my favorite. I order from here for personal and for work lunches. I pre-order the night before when getting large orders (16+ pizzas) and they are always ready on time. The staff are very nice.
Inside floor was filthy. Staff not engaged. Cardboard like crust. Skimpy toppings. I almost took the two large pizza back and asked “did you forget the cheese?” Will go to Villages in Colwood now. Very disappointing. Staff should mop the floor occasionally.

I ordered two pizzas and they both needed more love… there was a lack of toppings, maybe 2-3 small chunks of chicken on the bbq chicken slices so it was basically cheesy bbq bread, they also forgot to put the pineapple I had paid to add onto this pizza, and I also ordered a Hawaiian and the cheese was patchy/skimpy and again, few toppings. Too expensive for what I received. To top it off I asked for a cup of water for my toddler while we sat down (no options for child beverages from fridge) and apparently it’s impossible to find a vessel and a tap. (Despite giving a 15% tip which I regret)Due to lack of value and service I will be going back to Mad Greeks
