I ordered two pizzas and they both needed more love… there was a lack of toppings, maybe 2-3 small chunks of chicken on the bbq chicken slices so it was basically cheesy bbq bread, they also forgot to put the pineapple I had paid to add onto this pizza, and I also ordered a Hawaiian and the cheese was patchy/skimpy and again, few toppings. Too expensive for what I received. To top it off I asked for a cup of water for my toddler while we sat down (no options for child beverages from fridge) and apparently it’s impossible to find a vessel and a tap. (Despite giving a 15% tip which I regret)Due to lack of value and service I will be going back to Mad Greeks

I will never order from this location again. Apparently last night Friday December 1st, one of Villages locations had lost power. I ordered pizza at around 6:30pm knowing full well that Friday is a busy night and didn’t expect my pizza in 30 mins. When I called at 7:30 I was informed of power outage and told that they would put my order in and it would be another half an hour. When I called back at 8pm to find out order had not been put in yet, I cancelled order while chatting with a somewhat rude young man. I realize these events can happen and it’s no one’s fault but don’t string me along if you can’t get a pizza to me within an hour. I could have cancelled earlier and ordered from somewhere else. We were giving this location a last chance as their product has declined immensely in the last year. I will not order from them again. Sad but true!!! Also I gave the one star because I had to in order to post this.

Quality of pizza has gone out the window, 2 slices of pizza just over a year ago was just over $7 which was already high went up to close to $8.50 now not even 6 months later it has went up to around $9.50! You can get cheaper pizza at quality foods that is fresh made.2 slices for close to $10 is just outrageous, I will not by anything from here again.....Scammers

I stumbled on Villages pizza on accident, and I'm so thankful that I did. Ordered a gluten free Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. In less than 10 minutes I had the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing.

Took a couple years off after a bad experience here …gave them 2 more chances to win me back and both were bad.. First one they gave me the wrong pizza but gave me a credit for it. Used that on my second order and both pizzas had little toppings and hardly any sauce . Super disappointing! !! You think knowing I had a credit they’d do better. They did not ….sadly Dominos is better

Good pizza, friendly staff, quality ingredients. One thing to mention though the manager Chris he can do the rump shaker, he can do the thug shaker. I’ve never seen a man move like that. One of a kind the likes of which I’ve only seen at this location. Props to you big guy, keep shakin’ buddy!

I’ve ordered from here several times and have never had an issue. Pizza is always hot and delicious, staff are kind, friendly, and accommodating, and in the case of any mistakes they have been fixed immediately. Zero issues with refunds on my end, so maybe others with this issue are tech incompetent ;) Staff and management deserve a lot more respect than I often see given. Perhaps if others didn’t yell at minimum wage staff and were more respectful, they’d actually get somewhere. Best Village’s Pizza location in Victoria by far, however can’t recommend this chain enough in general.Vegetarian options: They have several delicious vegetarian pizza options. I’m not vegetarian myself however the Greek veggie and west coast veggie pizzas are delicious.Dietary restrictions: They offer lactose-free cheese and gluten-free crust

I ordered food and paid online , received a call telling me that one of the products wasn’t available. Requested the order he canceled and requested a refund. Still waiting on my refund. Next call goes to the BBB.

Pizza always good and freshly cooked. If you are going to pickup, request it for 10 minutes earlier than you arrive, for my orders they are always a little late - but pizza is hot and tasty and staff are great, so 4.5 Star
