My husband and I had breakfast here as we were staying at the hotel. It's a beautiful space with lovely views of downtown Victoria. My husband had the short rib hash and he enjoyed it very much. I had the yogurt parfait. It was okay. The homemade granola lacked flavor and depth. The fruit was hard and not ripe at all, it also had very little flavor. All in all it was bland. I did ask for some cinnamon to sprinkle on top and that helped a bit.
Lovely dining experience at Vista 18 restaurant on the top floor of the Chateau Hotel. My husband and were seated in a very intimate dining booth overlooking the lights of the city. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, and the service was top notch. The menu was diverse, and our selections were beautifully plated. The food was truly amazing. I highly recommend Vista18 to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Victoria. We will return.
Staying at Chateau Victoria I was told to have dinner at Vista 18……. Boy it did not disappoint!!
The table with a view over looking the inner bay of Victoria was spectacular. Scott our server was more than helpful, we asked for opinions on meals and wine and Scott nailed it on all accounts.
To finish the Meal off with spectacular deserts that were off the charts.
