when i walked by this i caught a whiff of the most delicious, most beautiful, most delectable waffle in the world, and the scent trail hooked into my nostrils and gently floated me over towards the waffles like i was in a cartoon... and then the waffle was not very good. perhaps too much whipped cream, making the waffle damp. heartbreaking.

My walk continues to Market square. I have walked by this place a few times, today I decided to try something new. Lots of sweet options of fruit on a Belgian waffle. I would have like a savoury option but what I got was pretty tasty. Berry compote with banana and whipped cream. Eating on the patio because it was just too hot. It was a nice refreshing treat.
