Went into Wendys at Colwood to order food for take out. Ordered one double mushroom garlic cheese burger one single garlic cheese burger and 2 × 6 chicken nuggets. Luckily when I went to my car I checked the burgers there was no cheese on the burgers. Went back into the restaurant and told the gal at the till there was no cheese on the burgers she then told me they were out of cheese for that burger. I told them would like new burgers with some kind of cheese on them. They made me new burgers and when I got home they made me 2 doubles which my wife only wanted a single burger. Also hardly any mushrooms and bacon on the burgers and the nuggets were dry and over done. I can't believe they didn't let me know there was no cheese for that specialty burger. I used to love wendys and will not go back to that restaurant in colwood. Also the A@W in colwood has similar burger which is much better quality.

Dined here this evening using coupons. Entered the lobby at approximately 930pm, we were told that we couldn't dine in. I asked well what time does the lobby close he stated 11pm. I said then why can't we dine in? Response was we have to clean. The lobby had already been cleaned and I think they were telling customers they can't dine in because of pure laziness. The manager said it was closed for training?? We got our food directly off the grill and at best it was luke warm. After looking online dining is actually until 1am! Seems like these days doesn't matter where you go or eat, anywhere you see international students working you can expect this level of service, they simply do not care and make their own franchise rules. This isn't racism, strictly fact and observation.

Ordered through the drive thru and the Indian woman was too confused and charged me for someone else’s order. The Indian manager got very angry at us because we asked for a refund and refused to give us a refund or the wrong order I paid for.

NEVER EAT HERE. Ordered a baconator combo through the drive through and recieved a sandwich with no bacon. It's in the name, how hard is that. The burger was mushy, the bun was soggy. What are they doing here? Unfortunately, since it was a drive through order, I couldn't even go back and ask for a fix. I will never be back. Avoid this place

We went to try the "NEW"Krabbie patty burger , based on the SpongeBob show .
Well it looked like a burger, had a bun ,lettuce, tomato ,pickle onion and the orange cheese food slice. The sauce looks like thousand islands dressing. Missing was any real flavor. Easily the most boring lump of stuff I have ever paid to eat. We both said Meh??? I think the bag would have more flavor. So marketing dept 👍🏻 The restbof my Wendy's experience 👎 Oh can any of these massive fast food places get planet friendly straws that work ? The straw tonight was melting back into the compressed toilet paper it was made from a minute in. Tried 4 more then gave up. Can't they wax coat the usless paper straws ...you know like they did "before" the plastic straws ? Thats right boys and girls before plastic straws they had straws that worked and would break down .
The website says they are open until 2am on Friday but they were closing at 12:30am so I couldn't get what I came for. I drove from Sooke.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received happened today. She asked what I wanted, said nothing else other than confirming my order, and when I pulled up to the window she closed it and had me wait 5 minutes for her to do things and take the order for the vehicle behind me. After opening the window she stuck the debit machine out at me, to which, I told her I had a gift card and cash. She took my gift card, swiped it, and then stuck the debit machine out at me again, to which I said I had cash. I handed her the money, and she abruptly handed me the two frosties I asked for and the bag of food. By the time I got home, 5 minutes away, the food was barely warm. I'd give you 0 stars if it were possible for lack of customer service. Makes me never want to eat from here again. Staff at this location have no ability to even say hello.

Horrible! Fries were compacted in the container and tasted stale like they were prepackaged several days ago and microwaved in the cardboard. The baconators were horrible, greasy, squished and also appeared to have been packaged several days ago. I won’t spend my money here ever again :(
