Upon walking in there was a short line but no designated person working the order station. This led to a 5 minute experience taking about 30 minutes. Staff were rude and standoffish, and both mine and my friend's salads were missing an item (croutons, etc). Restaurant seemed clean until I noticed an employee drop a bag on the ground then pack an order into it. The cherry on top? They were out of receipt paper and didn't bother changing it. Food tasted fine but will definitely be avoiding this Wendy's unless things improve.

Just went through the driver thru. Parking lot is empty, and we were the only ones in the deive thru. No eye contact throughout the entire transaction. They missed multiple items in our order. Gave us the wrong frosty flavour... we tried to tell them before driving away, but the worker at the window had his head turned and was chatting with a coworker. He didn't hear us or was simply ignoring us so we drove away. Won't be going back.

Ordered in the drive thru and was spoken to extremely rudely, the employee said we ordered too much food and he wanted us to come in. 3 combo meals shouldn't be an issue, not like it was a peak time or even busy.
Worst of all, the employee put some of the frosty flavour I ordered but filled the rest in a different flavour. Won't be coming back

Told me exactly "please wait in front of money mart we will bring it out very fresh" and get back to my hotel to napkin with a booger on it and moldy bread. Absolutely disgusting, and a total waste of money. I was extremely polite and having a great day until than. Avoid at all costs.

Went into Wendys at Colwood to order food for take out. Ordered one double mushroom garlic cheese burger one single garlic cheese burger and 2 × 6 chicken nuggets. Luckily when I went to my car I checked the burgers there was no cheese on the burgers. Went back into the restaurant and told the gal at the till there was no cheese on the burgers she then told me they were out of cheese for that burger. I told them would like new burgers with some kind of cheese on them. They made me new burgers and when I got home they made me 2 doubles which my wife only wanted a single burger. Also hardly any mushrooms and bacon on the burgers and the nuggets were dry and over done. I can't believe they didn't let me know there was no cheese for that specialty burger. I used to love wendys and will not go back to that restaurant in colwood. Also the A@W in colwood has similar burger which is much better quality.
Dined here this evening using coupons. Entered the lobby at approximately 930pm, we were told that we couldn't dine in. I asked well what time does the lobby close he stated 11pm. I said then why can't we dine in? Response was we have to clean. The lobby had already been cleaned and I think they were telling customers they can't dine in because of pure laziness. The manager said it was closed for training?? We got our food directly off the grill and at best it was luke warm. After looking online dining is actually until 1am! Seems like these days doesn't matter where you go or eat, anywhere you see international students working you can expect this level of service, they simply do not care and make their own franchise rules. This isn't racism, strictly fact and observation.

Ordered through the drive thru and the Indian woman was too confused and charged me for someone else’s order. The Indian manager got very angry at us because we asked for a refund and refused to give us a refund or the wrong order I paid for.

NEVER EAT HERE. Ordered a baconator combo through the drive through and recieved a sandwich with no bacon. It's in the name, how hard is that. The burger was mushy, the bun was soggy. What are they doing here? Unfortunately, since it was a drive through order, I couldn't even go back and ask for a fix. I will never be back. Avoid this place
