The indian lady on the drive thru at 11pm on Nov 29th 2025, was very rude, I was never asked to wait as apparently they had a big order in front of me. I just said hello couple times on the drive thru and the Employee got mad. Wendy's should be ashamed to hire such crew, customer on the least should be given a heads up, instead of doing that, employee gets angry at me the customer for even asking for a Heads up, ridiculous! Never coming back to this Wendy's!

Got a piece of bacon about the size of a toonie. Burger was rolled like a burrito in the foil. Last time I was here I got a hair in my food.

Hadn't expected to be out at lunchtime and again on a whim went in to or lunch. Fries were excellent and hot. Burger was not. Almost no low/no cal drinks did not love the cream soda.

I ordered through Uber and was very disappointed with the food. The fries were in the skins, I didn't taste the meat in the burgers, just the sauce. 3 years ago they were very tasty, now they're terrible.
Oh LORD. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. Seriously. You’ll need a translator to order and the manager is way too aggressive towards customers to still have her job.

I wish there was an option for zero star, but 1 stars will have to do. I was served a raw hamburger patty, and never got a refund for my meal. Literally threw away $15 dollars. Completely unexpectable. Had the worst time trying to get ahold of ANYONE. Because they don’t give you a receipt, ever. Therefor you can’t use there online portal.If you try contacting there complaint number, nobody will call or email you back. Completely ignored, nothing. . Absolutely horrible customer service . Will never go back. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Do better.

I stood at the till for 5 minutes while they ignored me and would not make eye contact with me. Finally another person came up and I asked if either of them would take my order and she said he would. He continued to ignore me and not make eye contact. Finally I went to the kiosk to order and that was 10 minutes ago… apparently all the Skip orders r more important than their customers standing in front of them. I would have been better off in the drive thru….

They snap at you om speaker or just straight up stop talking when you ask a question. Don't say please or thank you or even a hello greeting. Now I drive all the way to Bay street if I'm craving Wendy's. Pathetic.

Wendy's is a fast food place. It's spacious restaurant. The staff are polite. Restaurant is usually clean. This is just my preference on the food. My favorite item there is the Frosty. Chocolate one.
