I do not normally leave negative reviews but I am fed up. I have been going to this Wendy’s regularly for many years and in the past few years there is something missing from my order Every. Single. Time. I understand that it’s busy but I am sick of ordering only to find out that half the items are missing. And if the items are actually in the bag, the condiments, salad dressing, sour cream etc are ALWAYS missing. It’s ridiculous. There is something wrong with the order EVERY time. It’s unacceptable. I am sick and tired of being ripped off and not getting what I paid for. After many years of patronizing this Wendy’s I will not be going back.

On Monday November 17th 2025. At 4:45 pm ish. I ordered 11- jr. bacon cheeseburgers and one large poutine. I asked for ketchup 3 times. Once at the time of ordering at the drive thru, once at the window and again I asked if there was ketchup in the bag with the guy brought out to me as they asked me to park. Every time they said yes. But got home and no ketchup. How hard is it to put ketchup in the bag. Always a problem at this location. Bad customer service.

I was in the drivethru this evening, it was quiet, the lady on the intercom was giving rushed annoyed already.. I asked for an iced tea she said No.. I said an iced tea please she said we don’t have that…crickets… so I asked okay do you have lemonade? “What size” I said medium.. I could see the screen with my order live and she double charged fries, so I asked for one to be removed and she kinda made an ugh… Alas, the fries were removed.. my order was correct, k cool the total was 10.92, pull up to the window…alll good right shake the weird vibes off. At the window the woman tells me the total is 14.87.. I say oh isn’t it 10.92? Harmless question right? After all that’s what the total on the screen said with my order.. she snaps back “that wasn’t your order it’s the order before you!!” with a nasty look like how dare I.. not gunna lie i was a little taken aback by just how pissed off this lady was for no good reason to begin with.. so wide eyed like a deer I quietly say “okay, no worries my bad, but can you please put the receipt with my order” as nicely as I could with my own customer service voice from the old repertoire, to be like, chill yall I’m not trying to piss off the person making my food… I wasn’t even going to write a review if I’m being honest.. I was lurking Reddit and then tried here to see if anyone else had a weird experience there..I digress.. She then proceeds to swing this bag of food into my lap and slams the window.. I’m shocked… and no receipt… Short story, long, what I will say something.. Perhaps, maybe she’s stressed about something bigger than I can understand, I don’t know… I’m not going to take it personally, ESPECIALLY now, upon reading other reviews… I will also add, fast food or dealing with the public in general is maybe not her calling, at the very least get her on the grill. Giving me all that attitude for a JBC with a mushy tomato and brown lettuce to boot.. girl be so for real why do you hate me we just met.. you didn’t have to do all of that.

Multiple times I have visited this location. Every time, they are rude, unhelpful and normally screw up the orders. The self serve beverage machine is normally missing most brands of beverages.This location makes Wendy's look bad. Check your order before you leave because they regularly mess up the orders

Wendys restaurant usual afair. This was one of the largest Wendys I've seen. When we ordered I asked about a military discount, some locations offer a discount, and seeing the Armourt across the road I thought maybe, being remembrance day and all, free Dave's Single promotion but no, the cashier didnt know what I was talking about. The bathroom doors are locked and you have to ask them to unlock them at the desk, they press a button. Kinda brings the atmosphere down a bit. Nobody likes having to ask to use the bathroom, what a hassle. Large dining room and basically empty when we were there.

They forgot my chicken nuggets twice. Always forget my sour cream (paid extra) and none of the extra toppings on burgers I asked for. Ive called twice to complain and they even told two uber drivers they included everything. How can you not get an order right so many times?

Very disappointing experience. The staff didn’t acknowledge me at all when I came in — no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It felt like they completely ignored me. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it gave the impression of discrimination. Definitely not coming back here.

I don’t understand why you have baked potatoes on the menu when you never seem to have a potato in the whole building ever. Take it off the menu then. I’ve tried to order countless time- no baked potato.
