Food is proper after the midday crew goes home. I had an excellent JBC at 10pm but returning the same week during lunch was downright disgusting. The grill hadn’t been scraped and the JBC coated my mouth in the same fat that the first burger of the day went out in. You need a daytime manager that cares in the least.

Literally 7 people working inside and still gave the wrong order . Order sauce on the side of nuggets missing ,ordered nachos with just cheese they added bacon on top of it as well as the wait time for such a unprepared order 15 minutes. Thanks for wasting our time as well as money.

When I arrive there to get my order one of the Indian manager lady declined my order and refuse me to give me my order. She is really very disgusting she misbehave with me i just ask her to cover the coffee from top so it doesn't get out and she angry speak to me . Next time i upload his photo and tell everyone

Every time I come here they're either rude, spectacularly slow, or ignore you completely. They put way more emphasis on the drive-thru than the walk-in customers. The only reason this location survives is because it's the only one in Victoria.

This Wendy's is fabulous! The Manager is very on top of things. The store is clean. Staff is VERY friendly, well trained, courteous and they smile! Whenever I visit I hear much laughter in the back too. Great atmosphere 😄

Took to long to serve me at the till had to go through drive througha dn the staff were just mean im never coming back. They need to clean there lobby right in the way if the line was a old broken umbrella they never cleaned it up... very shotty
I always come here to dine, but this time was different. The girl in the counter was VERY RUDE! Next time, train your staff the basic customer service!

Ordered via Drive Thru, prompt ordering and receiving food. I rarely order a meal deal, as usually can't eat it all...today was a treat ordering a Sprite. However, the beverage smelled and tasted strongly like cleaning fluid. Stopped drinking and tried calling a few times...I'm sure like everyone else in town they are lacking staff. I just wanted them to know and help someone else avoid the same issue.
