What a joy to find lovely cafe just down the street. The owner and barista are both friendly and engaging. The breakfast burrito was the perfect size and tasty. The Americano was heated to perfection.

Park at the West Bay park, diagonally across the street , otherwise it's all residential parking or right out front which is tricky -not that many spots.

Amazing vegan latte , I went with lion's mane. I also had their mint Nanaimo bar, vegan: flavoured with real mint ( or it did not taste the overly powering extract); not as sweet and way healthier that commercial ones.
Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegan or very close too and a lot of raw food options.
