High tea at the white heather is always a great special occasion activity. The teas are excellent and the food includes all the traditional fare. The price is higher, but reflective of the experience, and a great deal when compared to other high tea places. On my latest visit service was a bit slow unfortunately but overall this is a great little tea place.

Today was the second time I went here and I was not disappointed. There is a good variety of tea options and of of tea platters for every appetite. Every time, I leave very full and satisfied. The sandwiches and desserts are fantastic, but the scones are the best. They have recently added more decorations to the tea room which really makes it a special environment. I recommend booking ahead.
Everyone was friendly and food was tasty. However, the main items come with 2 or three tea pots, which clearly is too much for one person and probably the idea was to share it, but each person has to order more than $35 which you will end up getting so much food and 4 tea pots for 2 people!
