This is my first time to have the “high tea” experience. I went with my beau today. I tell you the ambience is very cozy. We ordered the Not-So-Wee-Tea (around $50-60) and we both were pleasantly full. Not to mention everything was delicious and savory. We got orientated to start eating from the bottom tier and work our way up (to the tasty desserts)! The tea biscuit chicken sandwich could use some black pepper (but I guess it’s prepped intentionally bland) so customers can flavor it to their liking. Overall, I definitely would want to come back again, and bring our friends and families with us. The Mad Hatter tea is a must-try! I love it.

It was a nice experience, I definitely recommend reservations. I will say that we are rather packed into the space and after getting served our tray we had a rather hard time getting the attention of the staff for more hot water. Would have preferred a more traditional tea pot to match our cups but that is a minor concern. The food and display was good. $$

I was so excited to find a gluten-free afternoon tea experience. The selection of food was amazing to look at and so yummy. A nice tea experience in a casual, comfortable setting. I brought my 14 year old who is a bit picky. So, probably a bit overboard for her. But she still found plenty to enjoy on her Wee Tea (not gluten-free). Would definitely recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Had a lovely afternoon tea, comparable to afternoon tea in London, England! The big muckle was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed mad hatter, angels blend, and west coast wave teas!! Will be back again next time I’m in Victoria!! Wonderful staff as well!!

I’m celiac and ordered the gluten free tea and it was lovely! Everything tastes wonderful and it was in a separate platter for less chance of cross-contamination. Tea was lovely too as was the service!

I took my Mom to the White Heather Tea Room for her birthday. We each had a Big Muckle afternoon tea.We were in love from the first bite of our warm earl grey scones! Everything was delicious and delicate.We were so full by the time we reached the dessert tier that we brought most of them to enjoy at home.They have a great selection of teas, and have little vials where you can smell the options available. A great feature!The service was as great as the food. We will be back!
