So incredibly rude. If you don’t know exactly what you want, the staff are very impatient and will not clarify.

Maybe the best fruit tea in Victoria. The stuff is friendly and nice.

Extremely rude service. My friend was treated terribly and scolded by them because they misheard his order… instead of simply remaking the drink they chose to argue with him in front of other customers. Used to always recommend this place, will never be returning.

One of the worst customer services I have experienced. I ordered a total of 2 different drinks. However, we recieved and was charged 3 drinks instead. I explained to her that I ordered 2 drinks, not 3. She told me that she heard 2 of drink A and 1 of drink B. I explained to her that was not the case, but with that being said, it was clearly a miscommunication and would like my money back. She said no since the drink was already made, ignored me without resolving the situation to take the next order.
Very rude and extremely poor customer service.

Ask yourself as a customer, what would you expect to happen in this event of clear miscommunication over a 5 dollar drink? For the customer to suck it up or for the company to provide good customer service and refund?

Also, the drinks were medicore and average in taste.

There was only 1 staff today and the time I came she got busy. She tried her eat to juggle things. Unfortunately, the person who ordered after me was not served the tapioca because there was not enough for an order. We enjoyed the bunny mango smoothie today.

The taste was worse than Sharetea.

Ordered an iced oat latte and specifically asked if it was oat milk or oat flavouring. Was told it was oat milk. It was definitely not oat milk. Not the first time our orders have been incorrect and will not be returning.

I went recently and got classic brown sugar. How can you go wrong with that, right?

To my shock, the drink was extremely salty, to the point I was unable to finish my small size drink. I felt very bad throwing it out, and assumed perhaps there was some mistake in my order.

They are not friendly and never smile.

Went on august 31 around 7:30pm and ordered a bubble tea made with mostly milk and some added syrup (I forget the name of the drink) when I got in the car and started drinking I realized that the milk was completely rotten. I ended up throwing up from the drink on the way home and am very disappointed. The worker was using the same milk for all orders that I saw, which meant that they all received rotten milk yesterday. Service at this bubble tea place is always hit or miss however we continually go back because we love the drinks. We will not be returning again after spending almost $10 on rotten milk and getting food poisoning

Always come here for the boba, but the place is underwhelming. Recommend management to consider a deep clean. It’s been in the same condition for months.

I'm the big fun here over 3 years，and order here two or three times every week. I really like the most fruit tea and brown sugar boba. The boba is the best one in the town because their boba very fresh and soft，very different than others. all the staffs very patiently and friendly. Even some customer ask for some unreasonable request. It's worth to come again. I also bring my colleagues and friends come here！！all of them love it milk tea. It's unbelievable why really low score.

the staff put water in my drink instead of filled up with the milk tea. They not willing to change anything and very very disappointed experience
