Genuinely the best coffee place in Victoria with an amazing variety of matcha drinks! Unlike many places that use sweetened matcha powder, they use authentic matcha here. Their pastries are always top quality, the service is quick, and there’s no extra charge for substitute milk which I really appreciate! I’m usually pretty picky with coffee shops, but this one truly stood out!

I really tried to love this place! The baristas are great - super friendly. I was lured by the savory pastries as I'm not a fan of sweets in the morning. Consistently, the pastry case is empty, even after 8. I've worked in cafes, the case should be full at opening if you want customers to keep coming back. Nothing available until 8:30ish. Sorry - not going to cut it!

I just heard that an employee from this establishment flipped somebody out of their wheelchair because they thought they were an unhoused person who refused to leave. The treatment of unhoused people in this city is absolutely disgraceful and I will never go to this place again unless I receive confirmation that this employee does not have a job anymore.

What an incredible place for herbivores and carnivores alike! So many options for those with a sweet tooth; but don't worry, there's savoury too! It's often hard to find plant based savoury options in the morning, so it's a nice treat. Very conveniently located and very delicious. Keep being awesome!

Good oat latte! I bought whatever sandwich the staff recommended and it was so yummy (it has egg, bits of bacon(?), mustard, sauce, and beef in it). The peanut butter choco chip cookie was just average, though. The cashier was nice.

Only issue is it opens a bit late on weekends and holidays.

Great spot for a pastry and caffeinated beverage in the downtown area of Victoria. They have lots of choices, both sweet options and savory, as well as Breakfast and Lunch options.
The Breakfast Wrap, covered with grill marks, looked and tasted amazing. They have a few wraps to choose from and sadly, I don't remember which one we had ordered. It was a generous sized wrap and every bite filled with flavor. The S'Mores Brownie and Ukee Bar were both every bit as rich and decadent as they look. The Sausage Roll was unique with the flaky outer texture combined with the soft snap of the sausage.
They are definitely an amazing place to start your day (they open at 10am) as you're checking out the downtown area!
