Very good experience, the waitress was outstanding, She attended the table at the right time and didn't interrupt for not reason. The only issue was the espresso at the end of night, was a local coffee brand that do not have business to be served in an Italian restaurant. Overall great experience.

My friend and I go to Zambri's regularly. The music was really loud last night and it was hard to hear the other person's conversation. The food is usually outstanding but I found the sun choke dish seemed to have been cooked in oil that wasn't fresh (or some strange note). My salmon was delicious if tiny. I would always go back and always try again. Service was outstanding.

Our party of 4 tried a variety of dishes and found the food lacking. Our orders ranged from Chicken Parm with Polenta side, pizza, pasta dish, and steak. All dishes were bland and lacked intense flavors typical of Italian food. Best dish we had was the burrata appetizer. The service was very good and attentive.

Another memorable dinner at Zambri's! The food is inventive and delicious, and the staff are all knowledgeable and delightful. Despite the blossoming culinary scene in Victoria, Zambris is still our go-to place especially for out-of-town guests.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Quite expensive. Tiramisu was more like a custard in a cup than like traditional tiramisu. Burrata cheese was a super wierd squash topping and the topping was cold cubed squash. Did not enjoy that and I love burrata. Service was good.

Had a really great experience... warm and beautiful/relaxing decor, wonderful food and excellent personable service-the lady who took our order was really really excellent! We saw Blue Rodeo and this was an excellent choice for dinner before the show at Save on Foods.

Lovely dinner before a concert at the arena; within very convenient walking distance. The service was excellent! My sister and I decided to do a tapas type selection of sides and starters, and everything was delicious. We'll be back for sure!
This was our first visit and we celebrated a birthday. From the host to the servers, all interactions were warm and friendly. Our server took the time to explain the entire menu and had a good sense of humor. It was a beautiful establishment and the food was excellent. We had someone with caeliac who had many food options and was not glutened. We will be back! Thank you!

Excellent service and the food was delicious. We really liked the idea of 1/2 portions for the pasta. That way you could try a few things & not feel like you over ate.

Dinner was served at 8:30
My husband order lamb, he got a skewer of black meat, not meat gristle, he had a steak knife and couldn’t cut it
The pasta was all very good
We complained about the lamb and were told we were not the only patrons that night and would not be charged and please order some desserts for the table
We order 4 tiramisu and shared them
The bill came and the lamb was removed but we were charged for all the desserts
The restaurant has expanded its seating to the point the actual kitchen can’t possibly meet the needs of the patrons

I had an exceptional dining experience at Zambri's in Victoria, BC! The food is simply outstanding, starting with the charcuterie board, which was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Every appetizer we tried was bursting with flavour. The mains were to die for!
What truly stood out was the incredible service. Our server, Agatha, was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks and water were always topped up without us ever needing to ask. The speed of service was impressive too; our food arrived promptly and piping hot.
Having worked in the food industry for over a decade, I can confidently say that the staff operates like a well-oiled machine. They clearly know what they’re doing and seem genuinely passionate about providing a fantastic experience for their guests.
I can’t recommend Zambri's highly enough! If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant.
