“I've been going to this location for many years. The food is always good, and I have never had a bad experience. About the only negative thing I can say is the parking lot and the entrance to this restaurant is horrible LOL. It's a little better now with the roundabout put in, but it's quite hard to access if you're not familiar with the entrance. I recommend if you're not familiar with the area to get your food and hang a right and go down the hill toward the lake. There are parks right at the bottom of the hill about a kilometer,,where you can stop and enjoy the view at a picnic table and eat your food. Oh yeah there's an off leash park there for your dog as well to have a swim .. I had the big crunch special on Monday. I think it was the $5 Burger deal and it was one of the best I've had. The bun was so soft and the meat was tender yet the crispy coating was perfect . I can't say enough about it.

“I liked the food and how fast they prepared the meal. The one thing is that the portion. Just please increase the food portion. Usually, when I order half + half chickens, it is totally enough to make 2 people full. But from this store, we felt somewhat full not full. You guys need to do reduce the pricing because it doesn't come with enough portion. It would make sense if it was 12 or max 13 dollars for half chicken. Otherwise, it is amazing.“

“I had an amazing experience at Chicko Chicken Downtown Kelowna! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. The flavors are outstanding — I tried the Soy Garlic and Cheese Snow, and both were full of taste without being greasy. The Shake Shake Fries were such a fun and delicious side, definitely a must-try!
