Customers find the chicken delicious, especially enjoying the half and half meal with Cheese Snow and Yangyeom. However, the convenience of the shared bathroom with other businesses can be a downside, as it requires going outside and walking to a different entrance. The atmosphere of the restaurant has been noted to be a bit dark and not very clean, which may affect the overall dining experience. Despite this, customers appreciate the friendly staff and generous portions. The shake fries are also highly recommended, particularly with milk powder. Outdoor seating is available, adding to the experience at Chicko Chicken.
