“Great customer service! We had ordered 2 pizzas and one was made wrong - which happens every now and then - and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and treated me very well. He even offered me pop or more dips as a show of goodwill, which was really appreciated! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and I left a happy camper.“

“We order a custom pizza usually once a week and have always received great service from the gentleman at the front counter, he is always friendly, double checks our order and calls me by name when I walk in. Tonight we also received exceptional service from the young lady working up front - I had ordered online with our specifications (my son with sensory issues won’t eat it otherwise) and then changed the size of the pizza at the end of my order before I submitted. I think when I changed the size of the pizza it removed my specifications because when we picked up the pizza had a topping we had asked to remove. I brought it back and despite being very busy she immediately put in a replacement pizza for us and it was ready in 10 minutes! Thank you for the great service, it was much appreciated after a hard day.“

“I've been going to this location for many years. The food is always good, and I have never had a bad experience. About the only negative thing I can say is the parking lot and the entrance to this restaurant is horrible LOL. It's a little better now with the roundabout put in, but it's quite hard to access if you're not familiar with the entrance. I recommend if you're not familiar with the area to get your food and hang a right and go down the hill toward the lake. There are parks right at the bottom of the hill about a kilometer,,where you can stop and enjoy the view at a picnic table and eat your food. Oh yeah there's an off leash park there for your dog as well to have a swim .. I had the big crunch special on Monday. I think it was the $5 Burger deal and it was one of the best I've had. The bun was so soft and the meat was tender yet the crispy coating was perfect . I can't say enough about it.

i don't eat grains but the laksa soup without noodles is nice too when its cold out. highly recommend. friendly staff tasty food.“

“I had never been here before but I had a glass of wine and the pulled pork sandwich (I subbed regular fries for the waffle fries) which were both really good. The bun was toasted so it had a nice crunch to it! Some of the pulled pork was a bit dry at times but other than that no complaints about the food. The inside is really cute with Christmas lights strong across the restaurant from side to side and anything and everything you can imagine plastered all over the walls.. there's a lot to look at if you're there by yourself! Only complaint about the atmosphere was the mosquitoes and fruit flies... but I was sitting by the window so this could be the reason for that.“
