This location apparently likes to close randomly, at least 3 hrs before regular close time, for no apparent reason. Nothing more annoying than finalizing an order, only for it to go "Sorry, they just closed".Hard to say a company is trying to succeed when they literally don't stay open to make money, and seemingly make that decision arbitrarily.
WORST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD. They always do good and for somereason they gave me the new thin crust and there is no sauce or flavor at all to it. Worst $60 I've ever spent on 2 medium pizzas.

I’ve always had great experiences with this particular Pizza Hut. Great service and communication, my orders are always on time if not ready earlier than predicted. My pizzas have always been consistent and well made every single time. I ordered a pizza and I was delayed an hour in picking it up and it was still warm and delicious.I wish I could say the same for the one in Kelowna proper.
