Great customer service! We had ordered 2 pizzas and one was made wrong - which happens every now and then - and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and treated me very well. He even offered me pop or more dips as a show of goodwill, which was really appreciated! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and I left a happy camper.

My daughter and I love Panago. I've read some bad experiences about delivery, and I can't speak to that myself. I always just phone in my order for takeout and pick it up on the way home. So my review is mainly for the quality. So far I've never had a bad pizza from them. We always get a half cheese, half pepperoni and some super cheesy bread. Always very good!

Same as othe panago’s. Decent chain pizza way overpriced. Thought I would try them again. Confirmed my initial opinion, stick with Murray’s on the west side with mr mozzarella as a backup.
