When they are closed or closed for a weekend they don't post it or have a message on their phone. They always hire young kids who can't get the order right & have a tip jar at the till. What for? For ringing up your total? They raised their prices which are outrageous for what you get.

I tried this place once because it was conveniently located close to my place of work, but the food wasn’t good, the chicken was so heavily breaded that I couldn’t feel much more than fried dough and grease, the rice was better but still quite dry. And the guy attending the place was very impolite, he basically wanted me out of the building as soon as possible.

Tried this place three times. Every time asking if I would like order to go? Everytime I said I’d prefer to eat smiles go straight a frown then repeatedly asks are you sure if I’d like order to go. So the third time I just left which is more effort than and business than I should’ve given them. Clearly this restaurant does need or appreciate the business!

I stopped in for a quick snack and some refreshments. The server was extremely impolite and rude. The bathrooms were also “out of order” I asked if they had a customer toilet? She said you can use this one we fix now just for you. So basically the toilet is working they just don’t want to offer it to customers. I’d never step foot into this place again. There’s a reason why it was completely empty inside.

Princess House of Grease. Went to eat in about 1pm. Food was hot but very greasy. Three bits in and we couldn't eat anymore. Paid and left. Never going back. Best part of my meal was the $3.50 can of coke I got.

The Princess house is a little, unfussy restaurant based in a strip mall in west Kelowna. We were seated promptly and although it was not prettiest Chinese restaurant in the area, it was cleaner than a few others in the area. We ordered a won ton soup which was large and good, and a “a” selection of chow mein, sweet and sour pork and breaded shrimp. The shrimp was cooked very nicely but really over breaded. The chow menu was really good, as was the pork, though I wish it had been more tender. Customer service was very good and everything was reasonably priced.

We really enjoy the food here. Serving sizes are great and lots of left overs. They offer a discount when you pay cash which is nice.

I ordered combination C and combination The food came cold. There was more dough and then shrimp and the chow mein noodles were dry! I called and made a complaint and she said the food was piping hot when it left the restaurant. And she was very rude and crude to me over the phone. Will not order from there again. The driver was nice and friendly and courteous

I was disappointed in our order. Initially I was shocked that our order for 6 dishes and a side of sauce came to $100.00 without tip. I found that almost all of the dishes tasted the same. (Especially the dishes that required deep frying) The spicy squid had so much batter it was disgusting and very greasy. Maybe the oil needs changing in the deep fryer? I don't know as this is just a suggestion. I haven't ordered from this establishment for a long time and, this is likely why.

We ordered delivery and my first shock came when I discovered the bill to be just shy of $100 with 6 items ordered. The food was delivered promptly but we were disappointed in the spicy squid as it was deep fried and very greasy. The spring rolls were also very greasy. (Maybe the oil in the deep fryer needs changing. I don't know but, this is a suggestion) Even though we received our order promptly the food was not hot. It was barely warm. I have not ordered food from this restaurant for a very long time, and this is probably the reason why. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Horrible food. Ordered takeout sure it was hot bound up in tape and a flat box by the time we got home. Only a Ten min drive but deep fried shrimp was hard as a rock and yucky breading it was thick & tasteless. Sweet n sour pork was disgustingly hard also and dry. Ending up spitting out splinters of whatever it is but heck no that IS NOT pork. Only thing decent was chicken chow mein … uneventful, really added my one soya sauce given for 33.00 worth of food. Spring rolls didn’t even have plum sauce for 2.50 a piece. What a rip off place. We were not impressed and will NOT be back ever!! What a waste of money!!
