We ordered several dishes for Mothers Day and had to wait in spite of calling in the order several hours earlier. They have a young family member working on the counter and older relatives cooking in the kitchen. They are trying to keep costs down understandably but there is a major lack of professionalism and efficiency. I ordered 2 weeks ago and found the food has gone down in quality. Threw out half of it.
Also being charged a service fee and tip for takeout is not good. Nowhere can a person remove it. That is a RIPOFF
