“I recently ordered take out from here . When I picked it up I paid for my food and walked out the door like any other normal transaction .
As I was getting into my truck the lady who I had dealt with came running out of the restaurant waving her hands at me. I followed her back in assuming my payment did not go through but to my suprise she informed me that they had accidentally over charged me by 30$.
She apologized and issued me a refund for the overcharged amount.
It was a good reminder to look before I tap my card but note importantly it was really nice to receive that kind of honest customer service. I appreciate it and will definitely be ordering again“

“We stopped by for a quick supper in West Kelowna over the long weekend. We were heartily received by our kind host - Mili. She was really enthusiastic and motivated to make an impact and provided us the best customer service there.

We ordered Veg chow mein noodles and 3 item dinner - Chicken Chop Suey, lemon chicken and deep fried prawns . The taste in the food was delicious and decently priced too. Great experience, great food and an amazing host made our time there memorable.“

“This is the best Chinese I’ve had in a very long time. It was actual meat, delicious flavours and good portions. We got chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, beef with broccoli, ginger chicken and honey garlic pork. Everything was delicious. (Sorry I didn’t take pictures I was very hungry and just dug in straight away). Not only was the food really good but I had added up how much it was supposed to be before hand and it was $79 before tax but when I got there to pay and pick up he gave me a discount for paying with cash so I only paid $74! I think that’s personally a great deal considering this fed two people and for atleast 2 days cause we got hella leftovers. I def recommend going here for Chinese. Some of the best (if not the best) Chinese food I’ve had in Kelowna. (All of the food was yummy but honey garlic pork was my favourite)“

We had the dinner for 3, and not only was the food fresh and delicious, but we found the portions were so generous that we had leftovers to bring home for the next day. The restaurant was very well upkept and decorated very nicely, with a comfortable and charming atmosphere.“

“I ordered twice a couple years ago after they first opened and thought the food was terrible. Their sweet and sour sauce tasted like metal and overall their food was greasy and didn’t look or taste fresh. I tried their food again yesterday and they have improved!! Ordered the sweet and sour pork with chicken chow mein and both were delicious! The owner lady was lovely as well. I’ll definitely order from them again.“

“There was a lot of selection of food, however you will want to go after 5pm if you want the trays to be fresh and have items to actually grab.

It only lost points due to the server not being attentive to the table, waters stayed empty and plates crowded the table (we went before the dinner rush)“
