The best buffet ! Chinese, sushi, pizza, prime rib(gravy &mashed potatoes are so good), crab legs, salad, fresh fruit and dessert bar, including soft serve....The service has been a little hit or miss, but it's mostly self serve.
I enjoyed the food, but I was disappointed to discover afterward that an automatic gratuity had already been added to the bill. Since this wasn’t made clear when I paid, I added another tip, meaning we unintentionally tipped twice. Customers should be clearly informed about automatic gratuities before being prompted to leave an additional tip.
Still the best buffet in Kelowna. Food is decent, lots of options, good fast service. Nothing spectacular, but it will definitely 'fill you up!'
