This place used to be A1.
Now it is a dump.
I used to get the Tomahawk at least once a month.
Since 2022 the quality and service has completely tanked.
I brought it up to the manager and was promised a gift card for $500 (the price of our last meal).
My girlfriend went to grab it and the staff were so rude that she just ended up walking out.
I just had my business partner mention that he went there last weekend and had the same experience.
This place (along with most of the dumps in Kelowna) need to go bust or change management.
The quality of hospitality here would never last in a major city and it is a disgusting trend.

We made a reservation over 2 months prior for a group of 8 and when we got there we were told we could only have the table for 2 hours and not very politely. We ordered the tomahawk steak which took an hour and 15 mins before it was cooked and then rested for another 15 mins which left us about 30 minutes to eat our meals. It didn’t leave us time for dessert or coffee or any after dinner drinks. The 2 hosts spent the last 10 minutes of our reservation staring at our table and talking about us. Food was overall good but not nearly enough. I have been there in the past and have walked out stuffed and this time we walked out and had to get a snack on the way home. Our server was amazing. The wine was delicious but we won’t be going back.

The food was delicious - our guests and ourselves really enjoyed it. Initially we were surprised at the quite limited menu. The quality of food is of course the key to a nice evening and we did enjoy the evening.
The atmosphere is more suitable for younger people and not so much for seniors because of the noise level. I assume that the design is to make the place more noisy, loud and "more fun" that young people like with concrete floors and all hard surfaces to magnify sound. Nonetheless, we were able to hear each other at the table as seniors.
The service was OK. The staff were pleasant but I would suggest that additional training is needed or they are stretched too thin. People that came in after us got served before us. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to place our appetizer while we were thinking about our main courses. We had to get up to start leaving in order to attract attention to get our bill when we were ready to leave.

Beautiful restaurant with an amazing view. Unfortunately, their steak cook is not skilled. Got blue rare steak and was offered to fix it. So in the end I got my food after my husband finished his plate and the steak was still rare instead of medium. The server offered to take the steak back to the kitchen for the third time lol. For the price, I would expect a perfect meal with perfect service.
They gave me one glass of cheap wine as sorry and still let me pay for the steak. Seriously this was unexpected.

We booked a private room to have dinner with 20 people for our wedding reception and it was incredible! The servers were very attentive and kind, and addressed all of our guests by their first names. I sent a list of allergies and dietary requirements beforehand, and everything was seamlessly accommodated. My friend even ordered a cocktail at the bar, and the bartender remembered her very specific allergy and her name (her name tag was on the table not with her).
Overall, everyone was very impressed and made comments about how wonderful the food and atmosphere were. My photographer (who has been working weddings for 20+ years) said that this was one of the best wedding dinner experiences she’s ever been a part of. We ended up taking pictures in the tasting room after it closed, and the servers even came by a couple times to check on us and see if we needed the lights adjusted or anything moved around.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a very intimate and special wedding reception venue! The food was delicious and very affordable for the quality, and we didn’t even have to pay to book the room (only the food).

We had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the place was almost empty. There is no atmosphere or anything to make the waiting more Pleasant. If you make me wait for a small apple for 20 minutes at least you should provide some sort of entertainment. The waitress was making excuses after excuses. Very patronizing.

Tried to book a table for 6 pm on open table. They only had tables at 5:45 or 6:15. When we arrived there was multiple unoccupied tables for the duration of our visit. The food, although very good took an exceptionally long time to arrive at the table.

What can I say other than BOOM. They nailed it. I’ll start with Avery(spelling?). What a terrific server. Great banter, knowledgable, knows when to be there and when to not. She’s a rockstar. The room itself was great. Not so steakhousey, not too annoyingly trendy. Just right with the modern minimalist decor. Drinks. Neither of us drink which doesn’t make sense at a winery, but the NA selection was vast, and most importantly they have an espresso machine for great coffee. Food. The food was awesome. You know you’re spending a bit when you go to a place like that so they better deliver, and deliver they did. We both did steak with double veg and I can’t speak highly enough about the cuts of meat and the perfect “doneness”. I’m a chef by trade originally and I’ll happily pick apart a crap job. The folks in the back deserve a round of applause. Im not in Kelowna much, but if I am again I’ll be sure to stop by again, and I’ll happily be spreading the word in the meantime.Great job everyone.
