Also!!!! the food is literally so so amazing, the pasta dishes are rich in flavour, fresh and just such a treat - I also love the Caprese salad with Heirloom tomato & Buffalo mozarella - the honey vinegrette is fantastic and super light + fresh

Friendly, casual and timely service from reception to the barman, chef and waiting staff. We tasted 4 of their appetizers and three main dishes. The food was not your run-of-the-mill but more researched and very tasty and the portions were generous. True we had a beautiful evening to eat al fresco which added to our enjoyment. We are definitely coming back! Great addition to our Dundarave neighborhood!

Best Italian food ever!! I travelled from Richmond to check this place out and it’s well worth the trip! We had the clams and carpaccio for starters and they were unreal. We already started digging in when I realized I hadn’t taken a picture. It was so delicious the flavours of both were amazing. I had the Fennel sausage pasta and it was absolutely delicious. So rich and creamy I think this might be the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. The chef truly outdone himself. The drinks were so good too!! I don’t usually stray from my classic ceaser, but I tried a sip of the negroni and it was amazing. Our server was so friendly and so well attentive too! Will definitely be back to try out more items. Overall the food was outstanding, service amazing and the vibe was perfect!

'Where's the Beef'. Attended Fathers Day Brunch with 7 family members. We dine out 6 times a week in West Vancouver, only once before at BarOlo, 4 of us ordered the Beef Brisket Brunch feature, description sounded delicious, If there was half an ounce of beef hidden buy potato's under the poached eggs we would all be surprise so overcooked and tasteless it crumbled. Guest recovery was to bring a 3 ounce bowl of massacred Brisket for 4 of us to share.Too little too late simply shockingly awful. Many great dining options in West Vancouver (Some new this past year) to consider. Felt sorry for the black haired lady server, she was delightful. The host had the Scrambled egg with fennel sausage Item, the sausage was so small it was 2 bites only.

Don't waste your time or money, 1 of 3 occupied tables in the restaurant on a Tuesday night. Chosen wine out of stock, second choice of the one offered beer, out of stock,(a liquor store is located literally 7 store fronts down and didn't have stock?). Manager clueless, stood around talking with the person who did the cooking, would not call him a chef based on what came out of the kitchen. Served cold, sent back and when served was bland and tasteless.

My daughter's wedding shower was held at Bar Olo and what a great time we had. Space was perfect for the occasion, a very intimate feel. We offered our guests three options for lunch. fergola/greens with chicken, Bucatini pasta or an Avocado toast and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was attentive and I would not hesitate to have an 'event' at Bar Olo again, they were very accommodating .

One of the most beautiful restaurants in the West Vancouver region. We asked the chef Liam to feed us what he thought we'd enjoy and we were not disappointed. Crazy talented chef. Amazing place. I will be coming back here every time I visit the area. I only took one photo when the first appetizer arrived because I was too busy to drink my food.
