here's why they are getting a 3 - a coffee shop that asks for a 18%, 20% or 25% tip, but then does not bring your coffee, brings your meal but not cutlery, and then when you ask for hot sauce (which you did at the beginning with the order but it doesn't come with the wrap) you are then rudely told to go get it at the front, SHOULD NOT be expecting the type of tipping you would receive when going to a restaurant. Probably the best cake I've had in a very long time and the iced latte with oat milk was delicious. Go for the coconut cream cake, you will thank them later :) Also they had yummy sandwiches, shared a Southwest Turkey Sandwich with my mom.
