Customer Service was nonexistent and on Canada Day!!! Hilarious

Been a few years since I've visited NYF, wow have they gone down hill. Service is terrible, no eye contact, mumbling, obviously unhappy working here. Fries were soggy and greasy, nothing crisp. Cheese sauce is basically oil. Super skimpy with the cheese curds. Any fast food restaurant has better fries than what I was served today! 🤢🤮

Food was given cold, didn't really make an effort to check the ingredients for the hot dog buns, inpatient and rude service. I wouldn't come back to this location.

Recently checked-out NYF in Food Court at PR for 1st time. Was not disappointed.... They're way beyond plain-old rando fries! Picture fries: freshly-cut and crispy brown on the outside and ohh so tender on the inside. Really really good fr. No exaggeration!

Went for the basic "Perfect Combo" for this time. Pretty safe + tasty choice tbh, including NYF famous fries, their generous NYF Hot Dog (no wimpy lil dogs here) and large Coke. Large generous portions all, plus totally made-to-order fresh.

All NYF fries are pretty meal-sized imo. They come plain, but also in varieties -- topped + seriously loaded with nachos, beef chili, pulled pork, butter chicken, etc., and also in multiple combinations with Poutine. Likewise for their Hot Dogs -- plain or loaded.

NYF is apparently pretty low-key famous - popular for its Franco-Canadien delicacy on fries, and just take a look around the Food Court, any day. Gotta admit it does look interesting and I'm definitely a fan of cheese.

Will definitely check-out a chili or nacho-loaded NYF fries combo next time... and who knows maybe NYF will make me a future Poutine-fan of me, as well!?!

We had 2 regular classic poutine and 2 loaded dogs and they tasted great. Poutine is basically cheesy chips and gravy, saying that though it was really good, enjoyed it all. The dog had a good taste and the toppings were generous.

The staff here rush you, before you can present your rewards card or BCAA card they’re ringing you up and rushing you. Upon presenting your rewards card or BCAA card they give an exasperated sigh.
