Rose Persian Cuisine Restaurant

Food was amazing, delicious and perfect. We had a combination of olive dish, spicy eggplant dip, chicken and beef plus salmon, everything was don't splendidly and the portions were filling. Prices were at par with other similar places. Service was good but it could sightly improve and place could use a little updating but it was clean overall. I like the Barberry Rice with Chicken at $15. Chicken was moist and soft, perfect for my taste. They don’t feature any house wines, not like other Persian restaurants in Vancouver. The dinner bread was excellent.The minor setback is the wait to be seated: empty restaurant with 5 staffers in the kitchen, but we had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table.
