Food was amazing, delicious and perfect. We had a combination of olive dish, spicy eggplant dip, chicken and beef plus salmon, everything was don't splendidly and the portions were filling. Prices were at par with other similar places. Service was good but it could sightly improve and place could use a little updating but it was clean overall. Just make sure you take your time eating, the minute you finish someone's there to clean the table and you better get the hell out lol.

"I had the pleasure of dining at the persian restaurant and I must say, the quality of the food exceeded all expectations. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors that transported me to the heart of Iran. The chef's skill and expertise were evident in every bite, showcasing a deep understanding of Iranian cuisine. From the tender kebabs to the aromatic saffron-infused rice, each dish was a delightful symphony of taste and texture. The attention to detail and commitment to using the finest ingredients truly set this restaurant apart. I am truly grateful for the culinary journey I experienced and I commend the chef for their dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience. I will definitely be returning to savor more of their incredible creations. Highly recommended!"

I like the Barberry Rice with Chicken at $15. Chicken was moist and soft, perfect for my taste. They don’t feature any house wines, not like other Persian restaurants in Vancouver. The dinner bread was excellent. The minor setback is the wait to be seated: empty restaurant with 5 staffers in the kitchen, but we had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table.

Went for lunch. Price higher than Chelo eatery. But large portions of the chicken skewer made up for itShared chicken skewer and walnut bed stew. Had enough to take homeSkewer was very tasty and deep fried rice that accompanied rice was excellentStew tasty but beef dryService from manager was reserved. Waitress was much more friendly.Would go back.

The foods are really amazing and delicious. Meats are really fresh and they cook it very good. I ordered four different kind of foods and all of them were perfect and they bring it very fast , very good service and price that we paid really worth the effort. waitress and waitresses are really kind and fast. The chef Hossein is really amazing and he is professionally cook the food. I recommend to going there for sure and try one of their delicious food. If I could, i would give them more than 5 stars?Parking: Next to the restaurant has lots of places to park your car.

Food is good overall, however their “Kabab Torsh” was burnt and when we told them about it they said that’s the way this kebab is always; I have ate this dish for all my life at many places in Iran/overseas and have never seen it burnt like this. The picture does the talking!

The restaurant is nice and the food is generally authentic and good. While the chicken kabobs were delicious, the bread was a little bit of a let down compared to what they sell at the bakery across the street. Rice was well made and the cold Shirazi salad was great. The eggplant appetizer was too rich and strong in flavor for my taste. There were no complimentary starters that used to be common in all Persian restaurants yesteryear. Now that only remains a tradition in the most hospitable Persian restaurants these days. All that said, it was good food better than average, and worth going back to. The atmosphere is simple, but nice, and it conveys a nice feeling of the culture.

I have never been to a bad Iranian restaurant and this one also didn't disappoint. Initially service was slow. The person taking orders was on phone amd seemed distracted. But he apologized and then the food made up for it. Juicy kebabs and delicious rice. I am coming back.

A hidden gem in West Van servicing delicious and affordable Persian food. Their menu options are vast and also have a great selection of wine and beer! It is easy to get a reservation during the weekday and they are located in a very transit friendly spot. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, my friend took a bite of the chilly without anticipating how spicy it would be.. the staff saw that and rushed to get her water as well as yogurt to help with the heat. Their portion size was big! I paid $15.99 for their boneless chicken combo and I had enough left over for a meal the next day. I also got their lamb shank with dill rice which was so good! The lamb was super tender and soft, melted in my mouth. The dill rice was very flavourful!! Overall a great experience and would definitely come back for more.

First the waitress did not know about different buzz which was fine. We asked for a bottle of red wine. She didn’t have a sealed bottle. She brought an open one and we asked her we do not want it and just asked for a glass for each person (2 people), at the end they charged us for a bottle of wine 33$. This was the worst experience that we had unbelievable! The food was good but the way that they treat the customer was not at all! We paid but definitely do not recommend to anyone to go there and for sure do not order drink!!!

I really enjoyed this place which offers a great balance of taste, portion and cost. Their eggplant dip was delicious. The lamb shoulder and kubideh kebab were well flavoured as well. The regular price is pretty reasonable given the huge portion they offer. Right now, they have the winter special pricing going on which is a nice bonus. Ordered three dishes which came under $50 and it was enough to feed two people with enough leftover to provide lunch next day. The price is almost on par with the similar type of food at food court.

It was not a good experience in this place. We ordered Joojeh kabab and Koobideh. Joojeh kabab was well grilled but was exteremly salty. And the koobideh was over cooked and didn't taste even like a koobideh.
