we had a birthday dinner tonight...the happy hour snacks were excellent...my wife and daughter had the pistachio salmon and I had the prime rib sandwich which were great .....we had very good service from our server Miles.....great evening.....we'll be back. Thanks

I love The Keg but this time my steak wasn't tasty or cooked correctly; everything else on my plate was excellent though.

It's been awhile since our last visit! And we used to visit regularly. We were so happy to be back and enjoyed the time together and our food so much! Thanks!

Was craving a steak dinner . Went out with mom and son and mission complete. Our server was fast, efficient and friendly. They had some great specials. The drinks were tasty and cold. We all had steak and they were cooked right and seasoned right. There were only clear plates left. Great evening out for sure.

The Keg Park Royal always delivers great food, service and ambiance. It's our "go to" place for a special meal or celebration.

I took my mom for dinner at the keg. Spent close to $200 Canadian. I attempted to order the fish and chips for my mom since she really enjoyed it the past couple of times we went. The server was very argumentative and rather than just simply telling me, sorry we no longer carry fish and chips at this location. She pushed the issue and talk down to me as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I had to tell her I don't want to talk about this anymore. She finally got it and stopped. Instead. I ordered the blackened chicken for my mom. It was tough and dry very overcooked. I ordered the crabcakes appetizer. I found that there was very little crab in the crabcakes. Not very flavorful. I also ordered the steak and lobster. The steak was overcooked and a little small for an 8 ounce. I ordered medium. It was well done. The lobster was a very small portion, but it was cooked just right. No flavour in the mashed potatoes.

We did a large birthday party and the staff was beyond helpful. They did everything so well with great food and service! Amazing would give a 6 out of 5 stars!

I enjoyed the Peppercorn New York steak with a twice baked potato and it was amazing. Our server Sogol was very attentive and super polite. I highly recommend this location but he warned it was super busy.

Almost the best burger in the city. Great value and super delicious. When hungry this is my go to burger place. On my burger scale this is a solid 9 out of 10.

Wow , what a great place. The food is just delicious here. The service is even better. We had Scott last night for our waiter and he was so attentive, great conversationalist and just treated us in the most kind way . We were celebrating our anniversary and so he gave us our privacy, but kept coming back to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this location the staff here at top-notch!

We hadn’t been to The Keg in years, but we had a gift card sitting around since early pandemic days. It was my husband’s birthday, so we thought, “let’s try happy hour”. Even happy hour comes with complimentary bread (fresh baked sour bread) and butter. The prime rib sandwich and the sliders were fantastic! They even came with fresh horseradish. When we asked for the bill, our server asked which dessert did we want. We were a tad confused, and then he asked, “isn’t it his birthday?” And went on to explain that this too was complimentary on your birthday. Wow! Just Wow! We left thoroughly impressed, and will go back again. Maybe for my birthday.

Every time I go to this Keg I’m disappointed. I ordered a mixed green salad with steak. The steak was great, but I literally got a cup of lettuce and paid $14. for the salad. When I mentioned this, I was told they put it on smaller plates now???? Every time there is something, and I’m not one to complain, but I have to say something now. Also, the place smells bad. They need to shut this location down.

Very accommodating with changes.

The worst experience of any keg I have experienced. After telling the manager this and saying this he seemed so indefirent.
very dissapointing time at this keg.
Especially when I have known a different side.
