“This place is 5 stars for staff! Outstanding people filled with joy and customer service! Food is ok. 7$ for a hot dog (whistle dog)… absolutely a scam. 7$… for a $0.50 wiener… just stupid. Then… “Pret” aka “Pret A Manger” as known in most of Europe. Coffee… seriously? This chain of shops provides quality and fresh food in Europe. You serve… their coffee? What’s the point? 99% of your customers do not relate to the brand. Ones that do, like me, go.. “WTF is this?” This “Pret” faze will die as no one recognizes the brand. Open an actual Pret A Manger store. Even if you branded your coffee “Costa” no one would know or care. Enter Canadian market same as in Europe. No one cares about “Pret Coffee “ and most importantly… majority of your customers have no clue what Pret is. Again… staff at this location is amazing.“
