“Their burger was really good , tasty and very filling! Good atmosphere restaurant ! Very good and classy server too! Three of us are celebrating our birthdays September and October and WE WERE GIVEN EACH FREE DESSERT from the MENU which was very generous of them! So, I am going back to this restaurant for their service. I am strongly recommending them for their very good service and tasty filling burgers! Worth it! Thank you Sarah for excellent and friendly service!“

“location, location, location. iv tried 3 times to stop in for a burger. and there is no parking for that building. the back is full of staff vehicles and the side streets is no parking loading zone. where do you expect costumers to park?“

“I saw how many orders they had and knew it would be a long wait... However, that wasn't the case. I couldn't believe it when our kids' shakes and meals were ready! First time trying them and we enjoyed every bite. My kiddo had their fish and chips and they were delish. Burger was incredible! Fries were very good. Beautiful restaurant and very clean! Thanks for the wonderful service. :)“

“Had a terrific lunch! I had a burger—good quality meat on a very nice bun… hubby had shepherd’s pie which he thoroughly enjoyed. Very reasonable price, and a lovely view from the deck. Service was exceptional and staff very friendly. Will definitely be back soon.“

“Recently ordered a DQ custom cake online. Unfortunately we never received an order confirmation email which I thought was odd. I explained what happened in store and the manager was very accommodating. He was able to print picture on a cake right there on the spot. Thank you so much for the great customer service!“

“James was our server for breakfast before our flight and he was amazing!! It was the best service we’ve had in Kelowna, and we went to many wineries and restaurants but he stood out the most. He was attentive, had great recommendations, and made us laugh lots. Definitely ask for James the next time you’re in!!“

“Hubby and I had our first Triple O Burger. The Bacon Cheddar Burger is one of the best burgers I have had in years. This burger beats any other fast food burger outlets. The fries are not your regular fries and have a totally different taste. I would strongly recommend you try Triple O's for your next burger stop.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. My 2 single burgers for$5 were nice too. :) Thanks.“
