“I saw how many orders they had and knew it would be a long wait... However, that wasn't the case. I couldn't believe it when our kids' shakes and meals were ready! First time trying them and we enjoyed every bite. My kiddo had their fish and chips and they were delish. Burger was incredible! Fries were very good. Beautiful restaurant and very clean! “It had been years since we’d eaten here, back when the restaurant was Longshots, so we were curious to see what had changed with the remodel and the new Dice Kitchen & Bar.

This place has definitely stepped things up a level or two. The new look is warm and comfortable, the menu is more interesting than I remember, and the presentation of the food was excellent. It happened to be fairly quiet during our visit, which actually made the evening feel intimate and private — a really nice night out for the two of us.

We shared the tempura prawns and spinach dip. The prawns were crispy, flavourful and beautifully presented. At around $16 for six, I did find them a little pricier than I expected, but they tasted fantastic. The spinach dip was outstanding — rich, hot and absolutely loaded with flavour.

What impressed us most, though, was the wine list. We’re big supporters of the Okanagan wine industry, and seeing a wine list devoted entirely to wines from right here in the Okanagan Valley was fantastic. These wineries and the families behind them are an important part of this region, and it’s great to see a local restaurant supporting them so thoroughly rather than simply putting one or two local bottles on the menu.

Our server Maria was friendly and attentive throughout the evening and added to an already enjoyable experience.

“Hubby and I had our first Triple O Burger. The Bacon Cheddar Burger is one of the best burgers I have had in years. This burger beats any other fast food burger outlets. The fries are not your regular fries and have a totally different taste. I would strongly recommend you try Triple O's for your next burger stop.“

“My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way home to Vancouver. The menu is limited but we were able to find these we each wanted.

If other White Spot's breakfast is even half as good as this place, then I will definitely be getting breakfast from White Spot more often.

I got the Pawn and Avocado Bowl sans bacon (I gave my bacon to my husband) and it was incredible! No complaints at all.

Our server was so friendly (Sarah), and she was very efficient with her work! Service ove9rall was quick and efficient.

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. “As far as an ice cream treats place goes, it's pretty good. Blizzards might be a tad overpriced in my opinion, sundaes are really good and the soft serve dipped cones are always a go-to classic.

“First time at this location. Attended after hours, ordered thru mobile app. Received fresh hot food as per normal with this franchise. They accidentally swapped the JCD (Junior Cheese Deluxe) for a JBC (Junior Bacon Cheese). Noticed and returned to takeout window, they immediately fixed with fresh JCD, and gave Junior Frostie, as service excellence. Have a pork allergy so had to make the swap. Thank you Antika (may have spelled wrong sorry.) great experience at this location. Saw many vehicles go thru quickly as well.“
