Recently ordered a DQ custom cake online. Unfortunately we never received an order confirmation email which I thought was odd. I explained what happened in store and the manager was very accommodating. He was able to print picture on a cake right there on the spot. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
I went to this DQ with my family, including my elderly grandmother, and we had a wonderful meal! The team were very accommodating to her disabilities. There’s also a beautiful view from the windows to boot.
