“This ice cream is hands down the best!!! We tried the one in Kelowna and ended up going back every day because it was so good! Honestly every flavor was a hit, even VANILLA. Not a vanilla person but their vanilla is so so good! Now we are back in Alberta and discovered that there is a location in Calgary JACKPOT just drove 2 hours to get ice cream because it is that good! Favourite flavors: Lavender, Pistachio, Ube, and Tiramisu. You will not regret it!“

“Really great service last night. The guy working was friendly and helpful without being over the top about it. Just genuinely pleasant and easy to deal with.

What really stood out was the little stuff. He made sure to really pack the ice cream into the pint container, and when a little spilled over the side, he grabbed a cloth and cleaned the container off before handing it to me. It sounds like such a small thing, but I really appreciated it. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience.

I generally get the lite "strawberry and banana" drink because I don't want any extra added sugar and it's always very tasty. The staff have always seemed friendly and helpful. I like this particular Orange Julius location and I recommend it.“

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. “As far as an ice cream treats place goes, it's pretty good. Blizzards might be a tad overpriced in my opinion, sundaes are really good and the soft serve dipped cones are always a go-to classic.
