“My colleague and I ordered 4 wraps from another locations drive thru, unfortunately we realized after driving for 10 min that we were missing two wraps. We drove to the next location as we were on our way home and kindly asked if they would provide us the 2 missing wraps l. They did not have to do that and we would have been OK with a no, but instead they were absolutely amazing and understanding, even apologetic, and rectified the issue. Its a small thing I know but I think it's times like this where people need to be recognized for theor willingness to help others out.
