“I’ve been going to this location for a couple years and while it’s always consistently good in my experience I wanted to leave a special shoutout review for the staff that were working in the kitchen this morning, 11am on 21 April: that was the best teriyaki chicken bowl I ever had from Edo. Absolutely superb.“

“Excellent customer service. I mentioned that I have celiac disease and usually can’t safely eat at places like Subway due to cross contamination concerns. Without me even asking, the staff then started to fully clean down the prep area, change gloves, and wash the knife so they could safely make my sandwich.

I was honestly really impressed by how kind, professional, and accommodating they were. Especially because I’ve had the complete opposite experience at another Subway location in a different town, where I was laughed at and told to go find food elsewhere when I asked about cleaning for celiac.
