“Had a great experience at the subway. As soon as I walked in I got greeted with a hello. Service was excellent from all of the girls there. I go there quite often and always have a great experience. Customer service is definitely of high quality . Navpreet and the two other girls were very happy and kind to me. Definitely recommend!!“
“So my wife picked up dinner on a night where the snow was terrible and the roads were becoming treacherous quickly. When she got home we discovered they had forgotten to put one of our meals in the bag. This was very frustrating and made me quite angry that I had to go out in the terrible weather and road conditions to get dinner, not to mention the food we already received was getting cold. When I arrived, i had to remind myself that these are people to and mistakes happen. When the manager came to the front to chat he was immediately apologetic which quickly took away any frustration and anger i had. He was very understanding about how this could make someone feel. He was a professional all they way about it and refired my entire order even though all i was missing was one meal.I was very happy with how this was handled and made me realize that maybe customer service isn't failing and its actually the customer that needs to change, were so quick to "fly off the handle" and yell and scream at these people who are trying to make a living and making them feel bad about a minor problem is not right. We as customer need to do better to treat each workers as humans and not servants.Thank you Edo Japan West Kelowna for making me believe that customer service isn't as bad as once thought.“
“Very, very good! Lots of parking and shopping nearby. The drive-thru is busy which is what made us decide to them. Busy drive-thru means fresh food and fast service. We ate in. The store itself is very nice. Its also very clean. The service was very good too! Definitely be back!“
“I really like this place a lot.Instead of shopping hungry, I stop in for a Filet-O-Fish and fries(got to have the fries). The one thing I find comfortable about the place is all the seniors hang out there. I call them all The Breakfast Club.“
“I just wanted to take some time to write a review to let everyone know how AMAZING My experience was last week at your subway. Last week while traveling with my family from the US we stopped by to get something to eat. Once we got in I had several sandwiches to order so they had another associate come out and assist I believe her name was Bella. I only remember her name because after everything was made she offered to help me carry everything out since I also had several small children. This was a HUGE HELP! I tried offering her an extra tip for the trouble but she just told me it was her pleaser. Out of all the trips we have taken even while back home in the states this one I will never forget! “I like eating at Wendy's, it is also my son's favorite fast food. In my experience, it rarely gets crowded, however there isn't much staff either so if there are more than a few people it can be a bit of a wait. They are consistent with food quality and the price is fair.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately they don't seem to have many options, if any, for people who have celiac. There is always meat, but cross contamination is an issue.“

“I'm here usually once a week so I figured I'd give them a review... Overall everything is great at this location, my burger is always on point (I customize ingredients and they get it right the first time every time!) the onion rings are to die for, always hot when I get them, same with the burger. Root beer is good, just a little weird that they don't use any ice ever, but I guess that keeps it from getting watered down lol. And the employees are always kind and friendly! Overall 5 stars, great job guys.“
