“Worst take-out food experience of our families lives. We are forever haunted by the the taste and service we had to endure. We had to attend family counselling just to try and forget the atrocities of this event. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value your life on this planet. On a serious note: -Missing items -Big Dipper was consistency of beef jerky -Italian sausage were like mini hockey pucks -They wanted to charge delivery fee for missing items DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!“

“A staple for busy nights in our household. Basic pizza but exceptional service! We always appreciate the delivery drivers being so prompt and polite, even when its our kids answering the door. Nice to see that they seem to be hiring kids from the neighbourhood. We will continue to order from them for that reason alone.“

“Some of the best pizza I've eaten. I've worked at gourmet pizza restaurants for the past q8 yrs in vancouver,Went there tonight on a whim, first time in kelowna. Very happy we decided to do so. The crust is fluffy and light.. just the right amount of toppings that you can taste each one and it tastes exactly as it's described. They also go light on the sauce which is perfect. The lady who served us was friendly, and very sweet. 100% recommend and will be letting friends and family know.“

“Do you like Hawaiian pizza????? If so, you HAVE to order the Hawaiian Supreme. I can not begin to explain how awesome their pizza is. I opened my water shop up in the plaza and have not stopped eating pizza almost every day. It is amazing. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend and tell all my clients to go there. “we are from the coast and have been spoiled with the many different pizza places down there. we have been here for almost 6 years and struggled big time finding a place that comes close to what we are used to. we decided to do pizza tonight due to losing track of time getting Christmas up. usually we go to one of the 2 here in town that are passable at best. one seemed to be closed for whatever reason the other didnt have 5 buck 5 bucks 5 bucks special and I refuse to order from there unless they have that. So on a whim we tried Busters. I am so impressed. filled my boys with pizza left over. got the 39.99 special with an added pickle spears. We are stuffed with extras left over. quality was amazing. they definitely dont scrimp on toppings. chicken wings were on point for a pizza place. pickles were delicious. usually it is only me and one son that likes them, but we all fought for the last one!!! will be our new go to for pizza night. will definitely reccomend to family and friends. only negative was it took 1 hrs for delivery but I will plan for that in the future. have to say though it took 1 hrs it was hot and very fresh!!“

“Great customer service! We had ordered 2 pizzas and one was made wrong - which happens every now and then - and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and treated me very well. He even offered me pop or more dips as a show of goodwill, which was really appreciated! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and I left a happy camper.“

“I was pleasantly surprised going to Hansen‘s on Friday evening. The great product but what really made me feel better was the five young men working in there. In a time of young people trying to find work the owner of Hansen‘s she does it right. Support Hansen’s Support your local youth it’s the best thing you can do.“

Son James joined the vision for many years keeping the tradition alive until passing the torch to Mansor Abrahim (Padova University, Antico Napoletana, Pane Vino) this January.
