Vegetarian options: I always get my mom the thin crust pizza with spinach, tomatoes and feta. She loves it and she isnt even a vegetarian.
Parking: Located in the Riverside Plaza, there is lots of parking available.“

One minor gripe, is they seemingly always close the drive through right around lunch time, usually early afternoon, in order to take garbage out to dumpster or something. But it stays closed forever 😅 i just dont get doing it during what should be still a relatively active time.“

“I ubered this to my Mom from Toronto yesterday. I put a kind note asking for sauce on the side to dip pizza in and that they could charge me if needed. They complety ignored my request and sent nothing. Why ? Seems like such a simple thing, since the order cost me $50 ! Otherwise she said it was good, but customers remember when you miss things like this.“

“Shoutout for Heather (Cashier today at 3pm) Penticton Riverside location......great customer service.....good listener. Big Thanks too....for the grill cook.....prepped my order to perfection. The best A&W experience I've had since moving to the Okanagan....16 yrs ago. The key to an excellent A&W burger experience is 'hot meat'......I always ask them to make sure the patty is hot....and yummmmm, it was! Thanks team....I'll stop again :)“

“Had a small hiccup with one of the icecream cakes. Was able to bring a slice in, share our experience with the Assistant Manager and he was understanding as was able to help us. Great customer service, will not hesitate to go back in the future 👍🏼“

“I didn’t realize “short-order” food could taste this good. After a long road trip, I stopped in on a Tuesday night and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, well kept, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the food was even better — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. This has officially become a road-trip stop for a proper meal, not just a quick bite.“
