Today in Penticton Parul was the most pleasant employee I've ordered from, gracefully made my order without making a mess of my sloppy sandwich and was talkative and polite while working quickly for us. “The service and food is great, but the wait time is long at around 6pm as there is a huge dinner rush. When I came in there was 8 people in line and only 1 person working the front of house. I even saw people come in, wait for a minute or 2 then walk out. I think this subway could benefit from having 2 staff members till 6:30pm.“
