“I'm somewhat of a regular here. I find their food reliable and the breakfast sandwich is probably the best in town. Staff can be a little bit difficult at times but I chalk that up to the fact that they have got to know me pretty well. Food here is consistent and tasty, it is also served in a timely manner to your table if you are dining in. Lots of seating available and it is comfortable enough for the time you're there. Staff seems to be having a good time working there, sometimes maybe too much of a good time!

Dietary restrictions: Cooks are extremely careful about dietary restrictions and accommodate me easily

Parking: Many parking spaces available shared lot with Popeye's chicken

“It is perhaps the most dangerous fast food place in all of Vernon due to its location. Police get summoned to remove violent patrons multiple times. Staff are VERY friendly here. I always see them go the extra mile to help people with mental and physical disabilities. Multiple staff members have a Vernon wide reputation for being friendly. I ate a burger here a couple weeks ago and they were busy as always. Only mild annoyance is they ask if you want to add cheese to your burger but don't indicate it's an extra charge. Overall it's fine to eat here for lunch. Lots of seating. It just has a tendency to get super busy at lunch time so not ideal for your 30 minute lunch break from work in the plaza.“

“My husband and I went through the drive thur yesterday, and we noticed that all the staff were wearing face masks. It is so wonderful to see that they are taking Covid 19 seriously. Way to go Vernon Wendy’s! I wish more business would take Covid 19 more seriously, and go the extra mile for their customers and staff and follow it your footsteps. “Great burrito, loved the hot sauce it was not too hot very enjoyable, I had the reaper hot sauce so dont be too afraid of it! When you get your burrito make sure you dont immeditly discard the foil or you will make a mess...tear it off as you eat.“

Something was missed on an online order I picked up and I reached out to let them now and I got a response very quickly and was hand delivered my missing item and given something extra for the inconvenience. “Service was great - No complaints there ...But my food was not great ..Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile ...Not sure if it was because I ordered it about 2 hours prior?? I thought they weren't actually going to prepare it till I got there & paid for the order...

“Holy moly!!!! To the team who worked last night ( Feb 27th around 5pm). We ordered 4 pizzas ( $5$5$5 deal ) and they were SO good! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a looong time because I worry about quality and the last time I got it when I was in another province it was not good. The Vernon Pizza Hut ( at least whoever worked last night) has it down pat! They should train allllll the pizza huts. I would 💯 recommend and order again. Very impressed. 🍕 🎉 🤤“
