“Love this cactus club, go to this one often whenever I'm out. The food and drinks are always good, and the view is really nice. The service is well done as well. only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere, it is an overall comfortable space. However, it's often cold, dark, and very loud (almost feel's like a night club).

Dietary restrictions: This cactus club has okay gluten free options, definitely better and safer places if that's something you struggle with! My celiac friend always ends up with a steak, and they always take extra care for her meal! Pretty sure they don't have gluten free fryers but could be wrong

Wheelchair accessibility: This place is a pretty good option if considering wheelchair accessibility. The bar area is not accessible. however, the rest of the space could easily be good.“

“We had lunch at the Cactus Club today April 12, 2022. The location is great because parking is not a problem. Food was amazing and our server, Raeya, was outstanding. She greeted us with a most beautiful smile and warm welcome. Service was consistently good throughout the meal and Raeya was readily available. “Last night we celebrated my brothers 60th birthday..From the moment we arrived and were seated by the host our experience continued to be awesome..Our server Danielle went above and beyond to tend to all 12 of us. Everyone was extremely happy with their food and drink choices.. The floor manager Lyndie was very attentive and personal, We received complimentary appies for the birthday celebration which Tyson and kitchen staff Rocked!!!! “We celebrated my sister-in-law's 40th birthday on the Boardroom. We had a group of 16 and enjoyed the 5:30pm boat cruise with dinner. Dinner options included chicken, steak, or salmon. All were delicious! Everyone really enjoyed their dinner! The boat crew were amazing! Our captain, bartender and chef were all very friendly, kind and approachable. They provided top notch service! We also had live entertainment which was fantastic!
I highly recommend taking a boat cruise with Kelowna Cruises. Was the highlight of our night!“

I went on Oct 3/24 for the $2.00 oysters....can I say WOW? It was. There was also live music in the bar area and this young woman was exceptional. Her voice was brilliant and I so enjoyed myself. “The Eldorado never disappoints ?. We try to get there ever time we come to Kelowna. There was room for us to dine without a reservation in the formal dining area and I truly wish I could remember our servers name as I am writing this review 3 days later. Beautiful low lit dining room, perfect atmosphere for sharing a quiet moment. The food was impressive in presentation and timing. Slow paced, no pressure. Lake view on top of it all. Love it!“

“Yesturday I was able to take my parents that are in their 80s to enjoy a beautiful lunch on a perfect day. It was easy for my father to navigate with his walker around the property. The Two course meal was so delicious, my father had the steak, my Mother enjoyed the Salmon. We then finished it off with their famous sticky toffee pudding desert! The atmosphere and quality of lunch was outstanding! Thankyou“

“Graham was our server on October 12th 2024. He was the best server I've ever had. Friendly, kind and patient with my kids (4&7)when they spoke to order their own meal. Took our order promptly but not pushy with understanding to some indecisiveness. Brought our teas so quick and even refilled our hot water later when he realized we'd finished our cup.

“Best place to get schnitzel for miles around“

“Great low key pub. It is located right off Hwy 97 at the Best Western Hotel. Good place to watch sports on the big screen or play a game of pool. There is very good live music on Saturday. Not to loud which is nice. Very friendly atmosphere. Good basic pub food. Prices for food and drinks are fairly good especially the specials. They have a really good bartender and friendly staff. The main server/manager lady provided excellent customer service and made sure we provided great service. We had a birthday get together for eight people with a reserved table and it turned out very good.“

“A lovely coffee shop with outside seating. I ordered an iced sugar free caramel latte which was good. The beans had more of a nutty, chocolate taste which was interesting. “Dakota's is hands down my favorite pub to go sit & have a bite to eat! The only wing Wednesday worth going for left IMO! There food is always fresh, delcious & hot! They have some of the best mussels in town too! Jus sayin! They are family friendly which speaks for itself worth a visit with the kids! There always treating there littles with smiles & so friendly! “My daughter and I shared bruschetta, cauli bites, spinach dip, and one of the best onions soups I’ve tasted. My son’s filet was overdone, however they quickly made a new one cooked to perfection. The staff and management were apologetic, but really didn’t need to be, steak was redone, all the food was fantastic, and our server was lovely. Will definitely be back ?“

We were in your Whitespot airport restaurant Friday Aug 9 around 5:30 - 6:45 PM and believe my wife may have forgotten her cell phone. It's a Samsung Galaxy with a clear protective case and expanding finger holder.

I believe our server's name was Amy or Kim - shorter woman with light coloured medium length hair, we had a BC chicken sandwich, fries/gravy and lettuce wrap Gochujand sandwich with yam fries and Inniskellin Pinot grigio wine if that helps.

If it was found/turned in please let us know and we will make arrangements to have it returned to us.“
