“We were at Tantalus for a private event on July 8. It was absolutely wonderful. Not only was the scenery and the wine awesome but the staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and always there to make sure our glasses were topped up. There was a caterer brought in, Terry Port from Elite Chef Events and the food was insane!! “This was my partner’s favourite winery we stopped at, but wasn’t quite to my tastes. The building is nice and the staff are friendly so a nice experience we’d come back for. I did really like their late harvest wine and the berry wines were interesting for sure.“

“So went to BNA twice in a week for happy hour. Both times the service was great and the food is really good. Atmosphere is amazing, but sadly when the bill comes you need to look it over. During happy hour the price on one of the items was higher than on the menu. When mentioned it to the server they mention it’s a new menu and don’t offer any adjustment. Bad form. If create a new menu, the new pricing should be clearly indicated. On both visits, this same situation happened.

Like I mentioned at the beginning, love the food, love the atmosphere and the staff are friendly, but look over your bill. This is where they get you. Is this a coincidence, maybe, but twice in one week, suspicious.“

“We went to shed on the way to meet family at a nearby park. We had drip coffee, lattes, cappuccino, cinnamon buns, savory croissants and apple fritters.
Everything was great. They heated up the croissants while we waited for our coffee.
The staff were friendly and the wait what you would expect when getting handmade coffee drinks.
There were lots of people coming through while we were there but everything moved quickly and efficiently. This is a great coffee and pastry restaurant.“

“Tried the Fall Harvest drink, while my husband had the turmeric latte. Both were okay—the turmeric latte was pretty standard, while the Fall Harvest was nice but felt quite similar to what Starbucks offers. I prefer supporting local coffee shops, so I was hoping for something a little more unique.

The staff were fine, but I found the vibe here less cozy than the Analog location I’ve visited in Calgary. Overall, a decent experience, but nothing that particularly stood out or shoot down.

Dunnenzies is not only a pizza place/restaurant/bar/live venue but it is a COMMUNITY and a beautiful, loving, supportive one at that. “I've been to Freddy's on and off since they opened and always had a good time. Today was different.

I tried their smash burger on the happy hour menu and was hit with the best $8 you can spend money on. The aroma of the crispy, butter fried Millcreek bun hits your mouth before you even take first bite. Then it's just the most nostalgic, perfect mix of tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and cheese with a simple seasoned patty. (And an icy diet coke)

The server was funny, attentive and friendly. I'd recommend coming here just for that whenever you have time for a cheap, satisfying bite.“
