Just a heads up....having your employees toss hot water on cold glass in -20°C on the outside of the door is not doing much other than making a mess and a layer of ice on the ground right outside the door. I really hope they don't break the glass.....
There was only one young girl working at the restaurant around 5:00pm, not empty place, because an event in the downtown for the "Downtown Kelowna Light Up!", She was doing a great job, so fast, so friendly, no more than 6 minutes in line.

Thank youTHE WORST COFFEE EVER ?I only wanted a couple double doubles and that’s it when they got to my house they’re almost black they might’ve had one cream in it.
